Enjoying backyard fun and BBQ with friends and family..

Apartments are small.. particularly for the rent that's being charged.. outrageous!. Very very noisy from the airplanes passing over. There's a misconception because the appearance looks very lovely so of course people want to live there. The wavecrest apartments are very very nice and they have private security and the apartments are luxury and modernized. Also. You have a better privacy at the wavecrest apartments as well. There is no privacy at all at the Auburn's. You are literally sleeping right next to people in the next apartment and it's just a wall separating you. It's just overcrowded. And in general, space is limited.. If you don't like crowds, and you value your privacy. This place is not for you. You do have the luxury of the different restaurants outside in across the street. There are some night spots You have the train station which is a very close location. those are the good things about it. And also there is a cafe there and a swimming pool. But the high rent will definitely keep a lot of people out of there.

Very relaxing and friendly.. nice and clean. Lots of trees . Was a wonderful day in this park.. lots of festivities.

When I contacted the Organization and explained our dire situation, Mr. Fitzgerald did not hesitate to help with our Son, who is a veteran who served in the United States NAVY. Because of our age and our health issues our son could no longer stay with us during the covid-19 out brake . he had to leave our home and live in a hotel room for a short time until he ran out of money and no employment .he had no place else to go.at.which time he became homeless. Long story short Mr. Fitzgerald and the NYC Veterians Allience worked very hard to get him a place to stay and signed up for different programs. He is looking forward to getting back on his feet.the Covet 19 has really taken a toil on all of us.
