Fun hiking spot on the northwest side of town. They accept baby birds and other small critters, but no visitors are allowed in the wildlife rescue building. There are a couple of birds in big cages to view before heading out on the trails. Hikes are short and can be completed within an hour. Before you leave be sure to check out the little museum and gift shop. They also have a bathroom for visitors.
Very fun place for those interested in puppetry! They have an area with puppets that children can play with. The museum is very small and can easily be viewed within 20 mins. The owner gave a belly dance show with an exquisitely made female puppet.
Highly recommended for the insect lover. Lots of insects. You can ask questions and even hold some of them. I found out how to tell if a tarantula wants to be held. Next time, perhaps I will be brave enough to actually hold one! Also we went on a Thursday and paid $5 for the entire group.

Went her to consign clothes and had a very positive easy experience. I looked around the store while the items were being inspected. Great quality of items they sell. The key is not buying something not needed!
