It's advertised as 3 floors of fun but it's really only 2. The third floor simply doesn't have anything to do.
We visited on 4/27/2024 with a 1 and 2 year old. Both were entertained and seemed to have a decent time. I think it should have been cheaper for the 2 year old but overall the prices are in line with every other expensive post Covid price these days.

Absolutely beautiful area. Plenty of parking. The boardwalk isn't long (maybe 10 minutes) but it's very scenic. It's a little unnerving that the boardwalk is actually low enough that the Gators could actually come right up to you. There is absolutely nothing preventing them from coming right up on the boardwalk. Yikes. Definitely worth checking out either way.

Really unique. So much history and interesting details behind it. Absolutely worth checking out. The tours are somewhat rushed when it comes to actually exploring or taking personal photos. I stayed back and was last to follow to allow myself a little bit of extra time to get some photographs. Tour guide was personable and knowledgeable of the Cemetery and New Orleans in general.

Really sweet girl working on 12.23.2021 around noon. She was very helpful and friendly and made my holiday shopping a lot easier.

Although employees are helpful and friendly, they’re also very pushy. They act like used car salesmen. All standing around waiting for you to wander in so they can pounce to make a sale. It’s overwhelming when you’re just trying to browse. Even though I had repeatedly said I didn’t need any additional help they kept asking me every single minute for the entire time I was in the store. The harassment didn’t even stop during checkout. I think I’ll stick to online next time.
