My husband and I booked an airbnb near by and we sort of got lost so we looked on google map to see if there was any nice parks around since we had our dogs. We are so glad we found this gem! Peaceful and beautiful place to wander around

Restaurant Thaïlande
I have been here 12 years ago when I used to work near by but decided to go back, the decors has changed obviously ( very trendy and modern) and gives nice ambiance.
their food is a whole different level. it was so good I remember each dishes I ate that night. Tasty, good portions, great service,
i was with a bunch of my friends, and we kept saying how good their food was. definitely will go back soon or later. I am one happy client.

Boba Boba
Whoa I am so glad I walked by this place near Atwater, I’ve been to all kinds of bubble tea places in Montreal but never heard of this gem.
Don’t expect to find the usual milk tea, taro, peach green tea, honeydew bubble tea because you ain’t going to find them there. BUT! they have those you can’t find in other bubble tea shops.
The names they gave their bubbleteas are somehow cool, just like they name cocktails in a bar. and they taste great…their tapiocas were chewy and not soggy (two thumbs up)

Matcha (for those matcha lovers)
Leo fraise (sorta like strawberry milk)
View point (Taste of tropical guava + condensed milk)
and the place is very instagrammable.
cool modern hip place. they play good hiphop music as well. Will return!

Rockaberry
I always order from them, never disappointed with their quality of cake
or pies, yuum! Having my favourite Chocolate Banana cake on a friday night watching good netflix is “the” thing! Monkland location is quite small compare to other locations, there is only few small spots to sit down but its small and cozy, either for a cute date or nice brunch with a friend! Definitely recommend this place.

Dessert Cafe MOMO
This place is my favourite korean dessert place to-go. I am Korean myself, but the things I eat here reminds me of when I was living in Korea. The cakes are so freaking delicious, they have matcha, sweet potatoe, strawberry, blueberry, oreo cakes and so on. If you go there, they sell their cakes by pieces, if you want to order the whole cake, you will have to preorder 2 days in advance
You should definitely try their macarons and their korean shaved-ice dessert with all kinds of toppings. Must-try guys
On their IG they show some pictures of their cake and macarons artwork and yes. they have a dog named Momo, they called their cafe by his name he is adorable!
