Kelechi Ukaoma

Busy busy shopping area…lots and lots of stores to buy clothes, appliances, shoes, watches and whatever else you might think of… you can find Burlington,Cee Cee, TJ Maxx, Rainbow,Old Navy, Marshalls and many other stores in Fordham Road….
You can also find lots of restaurants and road side stalls to eat if you get hungry…. There are also MacDonalds, Little Caesars, Chipotle, Checkers, Krispy Kreme and many other restaurants found on this street…
It’s a very busy area… there is always a lot of traffic…. but all in all it is an exciting experience….

Nice mall with a variety of shops and restaurants like TJ Maxx, Burger King,Rainbow and so on…the 174 th street train station is also close by… there is free and available parking….
But the neighborhood is pretty flooded with all types of crack heads and villains…so do be careful….

I just want to say that I did use the bathroom, even though I didn’t buy anything…. They even allowed me to sit down and relax and catch my breath after all my sightseeing all over Times Square….nice view looking out the windows… there were lots of people though in the restaurant … pretty crowded.
I am assuming it’s is the usual MacDonald’s menu… but slightly higher prices, I presume….
I didn’t want to eat MacDonald’s as I had a Philly cheesesteak from a roadside stall…

Beautiful statue of the dog. Info about the dog is written under the statue… it’s all about how he helped deliver foods to the Alaskans during some kind of calamity.
All in all the statue is quite pleasant to the eyes.
This statue can be found in Central Park..

Nice and neat gallery, right in Central Park, this day I visited, Basketball was the theme of the exhibition… I didn’t have to pay to enter… entrance was free. Nice and vivid art work… they also have bathroom s on the first floor… I also noticed a little cafe, where their workers can have breakfast fast or lunch.
