I went in for an X-Ray and there was a mixup to where I could not be seen. It has something to do with my health plan needing authorization prior to being seen.
I went to my vehicle and called my health plan provider to sort things out. It appears I was correct and after the health care provider informed the urgent care center, I was able to be seen without an authorization.
The medical assistant was very friendly in getting my vitals.
In summary, it took 2 hours from the moment I walked in the door and walking out the door for an X-Ray. If you don’t have a lot of time, it may be better to come here after work and not during your lunch time.

Cool gift shop. Shop here and you can find what you are looking for from toys, magnets, cups, caps, and sweaters.
Good place to hangout while waiting for your time to go up the elevator.
Clean restrooms are available for use too.
It’s cashless here so you will need to use cards or convert cash into credit using one of those converting machines.

Nice place to visit. Preferable to buy the tickets online for a time slot you are wanting to visit. There isn’t a time limit once you are in but this staggers the line and makes it easier to get to the observation deck.
The glass wall upgrade is nice and the glass floor is great too. Spend some time enjoying the great view of Seattle from here.
The price is lower if you go to the morning session and the parking cost less too. Must buy tickets in advance to ensure you get in. The website states limited availability so that is recommended. We bought our tickets online and checked in using a smart phone. Makes things easier.

Nice little gift shop for folks looking to bring back souvenirs of Seattle. Some items are priced accordingly and other items are priced pretty high.
It’s a cashless venue so be prepared.

Cool shop with plenty of gifts to buy. Random items and specific Twilight items are available.
Backdrops are available incase anyone wants to take photos too.
