Terrible customer service. They are only still in business because they are right in the airport. My partner and I were investigating transportstion options when they rushed us to join one of their vans that was leaving. We paid, got tickets, and were rushed to the driver outside to give him the tickets. When we got to our accommodation, the driver rushed us out. In the process, we lost something of immense sentimental value that anyone would understand. I called several times. Their automated system sends you in circles and then they make you wait. I tried to speak Spanish, but the customer service agent just kept yelling at me in fast Spanish. No one else was there to help or who speaks English. She hung up on me because I took too long translating via Google. Upon calling back, despite having the name, destination, and transaction time, she said she would not help me without the reservation ID. I tried to explain that it’s impossible for me to have since the bus driver took it. Every time I tried to speak slowly or translate from Google, she would interrupt in loud, fast Spanish. I tried to get a native Spanish speaker at my hotel to help but she would not wait a few moments. When I called back the next day, the same thing happened. Absolutely crazy, I just wanted to find out if a driver found the item and reported it. They can’t help me without a reservation number, which their process made it impossible for me to find. Shouldn’t they have it in their system? The price was good and I got to the destination, but it was all rushed and customer service is non-existent.

A hidden gem. If you’re already here, definitely check out the overlook. One of the best views of downtown you can find in the city. Really serene, quiet spot where you can take photos at many angles. Relaxing break from the city with well-maintained lawns and lots of history.

Fantastic, healthy, feel-food spot! Many wonderful vegan foods. The lox bagel was something special. Delicious cashew cream cheese with well-marinated veggies that captured the unique lox taste in a way that only plant-based lox can. The breakfast sandwich was a nice, lighter chickpea salad was really nice and left us feeling good. And, as all the reviews suggested, we went for the Olena waffe, which was so pretty and a nice treat to share. Really nice breakfast stop after spending some time walking around Ala Moana. Would highly recommend!
