Sushi Kushi Toyo
2023 Nov 07
The quality of the food was decent, but I was somewhat disappointed to find that the sushi was served over steamed rice rather than the traditional sushi rice. The rice fell apart upon picking it up.

Another letdown was when I ordered the chicken katsu. It appeared that the chicken had been pre-boiled before being fried, resulting in a somewhat lackluster texture. I was expecting a crispy and tender katsu, but it fell short of my expectations.

To make matters less appealing, the restaurant charges for extra ginger. It's a minor detail, but it's the little extras like complimentary ginger that often make a dining experience more enjoyable.

On the positive side, the ambiance and service were pleasant. The restaurant offers wifi, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome.
There's no Clear check in at Terminal B, confirmed with TSA. Pre TSA moves quick so no big loss

For you Amex Centrion members time to opt over to the Chase Sapphire.
The Sapphire lounge is conveniently located between terminal B and C by Spirit airlines (yikes).

You can walk between terminals after you have cleared TSA. Time to get those steps in.

There's a lot of restaurant options to pick from which ever terminal you're at.
Way better than going through O'Hare but it's alittle further commute to get to the city.
If your flight gets massively delayed head to one of the bars and enjoy a beverage and make friends.
There are a lot of food choices, but not everyone one is worth eating at.
