Nice quiet location off of Maddison Ave.
Service is nice .Staff very friendly .
The outside of the restaurant can be very beautiful . The inside is this kinda modern space with not much character , in my opinion . It could totally be re done in the most spectacular way to really give it that Upper East Side Charm but that’s just my opinion .
The Pino Noir I had was nice and smooth.
The salad I had ( not in a complaining manner but ) it should have been renamed “ The Apple Salad “ because all I tasted was Apple . Which I don’t mind because the Apple was cut so nice and I do like Apple . But the salad had other ingredients in it that I did not even taste . Just straight Apple 🍎🍎🍎.
I had Lamb Chops for entree . It was a great serving but I have had better lamb chops in my life . It was certainly not the worst at all but I was really in the mood for fabulous Lamb Chops like at the St.Regis hotel or The Pierre Hotel and it was not on par with their cuisine quality . Again it was certainly fine and I have had much worse but it is what it is .
I would definitely try some other things like pastas and other meats . Dessert does look good here .

Had a promotion with AMEX to eat at this place .
We had a very happy thanksgiving here . Lobster Mac and Cheese was out of this world . But the real highlight was the Porcini Rubbed Bone-In Ribeye with 15-Year Aged Balsamic. The cheese cake really also surprised us .
Service was great , the waiter recommended a phenomenal glass of wine that I really enjoyed .
Will very happily return .

Petite Boucherie
Came in for a quiet lunch . Was really nice to practically have the whole restaurant to myself.
Started with some complimentary bread. Was so nice , warm and crispy .
Had the fixed lunch , phenomenal price with an amazing portion .

Definitely can recommend the duck and chocolate mousse.
Duck was so crispy ,not oily at all . The mousse is a little rich but so nice and creamy . Definitely gets the job done if you are in a chocolate mood .

They had the ac off when I was there . Would of been nice if they had it on. Was a little warm which made it a tad uncomfortable. It appeared they turned it back on when I was leaving . More people started to arrive.
I would come back to try some more things .

Balthazar
This Resturant is aesthetically beautiful. Balthazar is extremely sought after and always busy . Was absolutely packed on a rainy Sunday night .
Was a very warm welcome, the poor waiters are so busy they really have a hard time to check on your frequently. So I will not hold that against them for being rather slow .
The bib salad was a complete rip off . $21 for the worst salad ever . I was completely shocked for a restaurant of this reputation. Seriously they may as well just give you a head of lettuce and have you just pour your own dressing on because that’s not too far off on how bland and boring was . No vegetables no nothing .
Escargot was very good .
Dessert was extremely delicious.
I would come back to try a few of the entrees. But was seriously disappointed with that salad.
