Way too difficult to navigate. Not signposted well enough and some escalators from the ground floor lead to the casino with no other exit point. Staff can sometimes be a bit... not incompetent but lacking. If you know I'm trying to get somewhere, we've established you're not happy with my form of ID (despite other security members being satisfied with it) then maybe you should suggest another way to get there without me having to ask?
