Good experience overall but I don't like being signed to a disability room when no one is disabled.. The disability room feels smaller than the regular one, though I imagine it will be very useful for those in need

Hotel staffs are helpful but their English can be improved, especially those who assist guest in transit bus queue area..

The architecture was very luxurious & very good to take picture

Sadly there aren't any gondola staff who can give us ride around the canal.. If they open this service, it would be 5 stars from me
