We went here for my friend’s birthday. She and I split the NY Strip steak dinner. It was perfect. The steak was served medium rare, and they split the meal for us. It was served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. We shared burrata for the table. My husband had sous-vide chicken with gnocchi, and roasted mushrooms. And my friend’s husband had the Salmon Nicoise that he loved!!! We loved Milestone 229, and it’s been a long time since we have visited. But now that we moved to Columbus, we will be back! Our server, Casey, was very attentive and checked on us often. The only thing was, she forgot to bring us extra bread for the burrata. But everything else was perfect!

I love to go walking at Inniswood! Today my son called and said my grandson wanted to invite me on a walk. When we got there, he led the way, and we ended up at 2 Sisters Garden, and thank goodness for for Granny’s House and Bessie’s Barn, because we got caught in a downpour.

But Inniswood has such beautiful flowers at all times of the year! And the paths are easy to walk, and there are so many areas to explore.

Our steaks were over cooked. Dessert—Gooey Butter Cake was dry. Toward the end of our meal, we did not see our waiter for a long time. I was not asked if I wanted another cocktail. Just was expecting 5 stars like the rating we gave Rosebud on Rush.
