Tried to withdraw a significant sum of money from the ATM. No money came out, but the cash is gone from my account. Submitted a complaint, the rep said it will be reversed in 24 hours….. It’s not.

Food is probably a 3, but the prices make it a 2. Bread came with olive oil and two empty slots (others received olives and cheese). Meatballs were dry and the “famous” penne vodka tasted like it was heated in a microwave. White cloth prices in a pizzeria atmosphere. Avoid.

A taste of Italy on the UES. The linguine with clams tasted as good as Da Ivo in Venice. Mascarpone cheesecake was phenomenal. Worth every penny (and yes, they take credit cards now).

The mussels were delicious but they have an interesting take on bruschetta - more like “bruschepizza”. No complaints with the salad with chicken and the portion of the homemade pasta was deceptively generous. Bread was eh.

Always a good sign when you’re greeted with “buena cera.” Authentic Italian at a reasonable price. Appetizers and soup were delicious. The tiramisu is a must. Will return.
