The way the manager and staff handled my order was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! There was a large batch of fried chicken in front of us and they told us FOUR TIMES that our order was still not ready. We waited almost one hour for a take out order after they told us it would take 20 minutes. We also ordered a 12 piece family meal and the total was $50- they advertised $35 for a TWENTY piece meal and add 3 sides for $11 so when we asked to upgrade to this meal instead, they wanted to charge us $21 and couldn’t figure out how to complete a refund and said they cannot do that. We also wanted to order grilled chicken and were informed over the phone that their grill was broken but upon arrival, they had batches of grilled chicken. I’ll never come to this location again, maybe only if new employees and management are better able to handle situations like this. complete waste of $50 for soggy “fried” chicken!
