Cancun Sign

We discovered that there are several locations with Cancun signs, but this one is the original. It’s a bit farther from the bustling hotel zone party area, leaning toward the south. Expect queues for photo opportunities—it all depends on the time of day. When we visited around 6 pm, it took us about 15 minutes. In the backdrop lies Playa Delfines beach, a hidden gem boasting soft, tawny sands and impossibly turquoise blue waters.

My favorite breakfast spot is a cozy haven. The pancakes, drenched in peanut butter syrup, are a delightful treat. And of course, the ultimate omelette—with all the delicious add-ons—never disappoints. While the service is generally good, there’s room for improvement; we often find ourselves scanning the room for our waiter. We also ventured into strawberry French toast territory, which turned out to be decent. However, the hash browns remain stubbornly unimproved—they still taste downright terrible! 😂
We went for the Chinese Lantern Festival and it was very cute and enjoyable to walk around in. It took some time for us to get in the free parking lot around 6 PM. From there ot was just a 5 min walk to the main gate. Lots of open space and interesting paths tucked away but could maybe use more seating/levels for those that are maybe not the tallest and want to see the stage without having to be far away. Lot of food options but we like waffles the most. Watched some great performance at the stage. Lighting was great. A must visit event if you are in traingle area.
Went on September weekend and weather was sunny and little chilly during our visit and this was the perfect place to spend hours together as a family. There are numerous attractions like upside down building, games, candy shops, ropes, laser tag, escape place, bicycles, boating etc. The staff in the shops were helpful and kind and the facility was cleaned. This is definitely a place for anytime that caters to all ages!
A lovely place to visit in the hotel zone, this mall is believed to be the largest in the area. Alongside the mall, you’ll find attractions like Ripley’s Believe It or Not, an aquarium, and dolphin swim experiences. There’s a variety of food and drink options, including restaurants. Taxis are easily accessible, and you can even hire a golf cart to ride around just outside the shopping village. The mall itself resembles a small Venice, complete with canals and small bridges. It boasts countless shops catering to both wealthier and budget-conscious customers. Inside, you’ll discover several restaurants, a Starbucks, a cinema, an ice cream parlor, and even a bench for snapping a nice photo. Overall, it’s a pretty good mall. Just be cautious of scammers selling excursions—they may appear friendly but could try to take advantage of you. Online rates tend to be better than what they offer in person.
