This place is really the worst place to get a car rental
The problem is the agency they don’t care about you at all
-10 customer service
You can prepare your self to spend hours and hours in the waiting area before reaching to the agent
I spent two hours and half in the line behind 10 peoples and left everything
Don’t expect to get the car you booked because they’re not organized to follow the customers request
They will offer you anything left in the park or they will ask you to wait until someone drop the car my be
Don’t be attracted by their prices because you’re going to spend hours in the non AC area and stand behind peoples waiting for your airplane or a jet plane. I never seen any things like that before even in the third world countries they are doing better
The other rental agencies on the left side are better and there’s no people in the line because of their service I think
Don’t forget to bring food and drink a fan to stay in this 60star best rental car in the moon

Don’t try to contact me with your apologies you don’t care about customers that’s why most of the reviews are bad nothing is going to change with bad peoples in the front disk
