As a former Federal Employee waiting my turn to return to work because of a long illness. I stumbled upon this call center group to tide me over. If there is one thing I know those are call centers. You are your call center. What I stumbled upon as a potential candidate was a group that were not honest about their work hours, a demand to work on Saturday. I still did not get the work hours exactly in a group exchange. What stood out to me was one of their female call center supervisors. Very abrasive and loud and was someone you’d expect to see at Popeyes. ( where they fight over food). When you have a position you give all the details up front and don’t try to misguide by leaving the guidelines to chance and no matter how your numbers are you hire supervisors with poise and grace. They put you in a group for a orientation then bomb you with surprises, and don’t tell you how many actual positions are open. Health Exchange do you know what an Orientation is?? Please look it up. The operations manager is to look to for this chaos. You can always tell your business by its call center.

In a sea of mostly minority enrolled and faculty, you may give pause as to why. Just as in my experiences when the scale is tipped to far one way. You must ask yourself and observe as to why. You want to have quality for your child and if you do, this school is a pass. It’s no wonder they have issues with the NCLEX. A very ghetto, in my opinion, Professor of student services and to what I’ve seen of rye Professors they are most definitely 2nd rate educators ( not all) Mannerisms and to lazy to take their own attendance and with a Biology teacherTierra Guy is her name. Actually complained about being called in, stated WE needed a more than half an hour break, had a dog barking and refused to take him outside, stating he did not go outside. She then came up the very next class that instead of talking for three hours ( a lecture) , she could eliminate herself altogether and they needed her to have the class. That equals no dollars lost for the school . After she made her announcement she promptly left the class . Then wrote a letter saying she could not teach the class because she was so interrupted. Just a few comments before she left the Zoom( with no intentions of giving a lecture). Unfortunately there are a lot of ……k women with small a spans, per….. because there is no one going there but black females. Thru a scholarship it may have brought some und …bled… evening classes. Those who support such a lazy and unprofessional way of teaching snd she’s not the only one. You can only blame on the Dean of Professional Studies and the President of the School. Throw a video up and continue going about ur business and still get paid. Not even following a syllabus. We have to stop hiring these type of educators and let me introduce Ms Ghetto herself Dean Bowie. Rude and unprofessional. These Nuns that started this school would be horrified. Don’t send your young adult here.

The Dept of Health is definitely at fault for giving licenses to these low class businesses. What am I am seeing is a large part of this industry is taking advantage of the need to Afro American patients. A lot of foreign born citizens in the role of administrative and nursing and aides disrespect Afro Americans patients. Do NOT hire this group they are trifling and so are their aides. Disrespectful and lazy and they do not identify administrators of owners. Keep your loved one safe and stay away from this agency. It’s time tge Dept of Health and Health Care Finance put a stop to the abuse of Medicaid and unqualified and pathetic agencies

It’s a shame how they have nothing but ghetto employees here. The lady opened the door ten and did not come to the desk until ten minutes later

These people don’t even call back or respond to calls. They are AA as well. I ve seen the President if CEO in City Council meetings and had her her secretary pick up once. The way they are letting Sibley and Medstar actually be on the board for Ethical and Inclusion it’s a hoot! The two most racist and unethical hospital systems.. Medstar and John Hopkins
