Hana Belle

I’ve never written a negative review before, but this store is truly deserving of one. We ordered four deluxe shawarma wraps with sides of Lebanese salad, and instead got loose dry meat pieces and this horrible-tasting salad. The salad was SO sour and soggy. The meat was stale and tasted like it was scooped up from the counters. There were only three very small pieces of pita bread.

We were very kind over the phone and we tipped a good amount too in appreciation, and this is the service we got. I called over the phone and spoke calmly and civilly about the situation, and all I got in response was an “oops, sorry.” Unacceptable. Overpriced garbage.

Paul worked with us to help aid a blue baby ringneck parrot, he stayed in touch with us and updated us constantly. He came and explained the procedures of the sanctuary, and how our bird would be taken care of. We feel relieved that the sanctuary was able to come in and help, and we are confident that the bird will be in good hands now. They even take the birds to the veterinarian for checkups and other purposes, which makes us all the more confident that we made the right choice.
