The overall experience at Sushi Lab Rooftop was spectacular. Been raving about the food all week. We ordered their Lab Experiment which offers a 15 course meal. It was the best way to sample everything and it was so worth it. We couldn't believe the value of this meal and the quality of each pieces of sushi served. Will definitely dine here again on our next NYC trip.
