If you love history you must see this museum! A very well documented and easy to follow (once you find the beginning) account of Hellenic history. Focusing on the 1500s onwards and specifically covering the many conflicts between Greece and Turkey.

A very good collection of weapons, paintings and maps. The well written panels that make the history easy to follow especially the panels on the doorways introducing the contents of the next room.

It is also free on a Sunday!
A very well presented museum! Only 2 floors, but also only €5. The first floor had a good selection of birds and other mammals along with an interesting video compilation of Eagles vs. Mammals (spoiler, eagles are terrifying!)

The top floor had an exhibition on mushrooms including the option to sample a couple mushrooms in the gift shop. The display didn't have real mushrooms, but it did have very good replicas that were well displayed in a combination of both 2D and 3D formats.
