Food is okay here run of the mill Indian food I would say ....but they do have a cheap buffet and that's rare in town also the take out box isn't too bad as well I gave them an extra star for there prices being reasonable..... With the prices of everything going up...I'm glad a place is still trying to keep prices low....offering what most don't in town....I didn't try what was on the menu only buffet items go in the take out box

This shawarma salad was actually really good
What I enjoyed the most was everything was home made in house from hummus to pickled turnip to there garlic and hot sauce that's what I like to see from these small shawarma places...I will definitely come again and try something else ....good job guys!

I tell you what I actually really enjoyed my Falafel plate today I know it was made fresh and the vegetables were really fresh and the place was very clean!! You can tell they take pride here in their establishment....the owner was very friendly and the staff were all very nice as well...the only thing I found wierd was they never had any Hummus on the side....I love Hummus and really enjoy how different shawarma places have all different kinds of homemade hummus....ah well either way still try this place if you haven't already

Owner was nice the place was very clean and I enjoyed my meal ...
Lots of selection of food and vegetables and meats I think Pita factory stands out a little bit from other places like this go try this location it's nice

I went in yesterday and got the combo for 4
And I can honestly say best bang for your buck shawarma I've had in a long time!! it's very good quality food and it's a very good price
If you haven't been here try it I would say it rates in the top 10 in the Waterloo region and thats saying a lot cuz I go to 1 place new almost every week. There's only one negative that I could see and it pains me to say that they're hummus isn't that good but I could live with that they're hot sauce is awesome the toppings were awesome and the shawarma was very flavorful I say if you haven't tried it try it today....
