Wow walked in to get some supplies tonight a BANG end of isle I saw you are now stocking the best coffee FREMANTLE roasters. If you haven’t tried the CONVICT blend I highly recommend you give it a go…thanks for stocking it. Can you get the 1KG packs too please.
Just bought the lamb roast “chops”. Cant remember what it was called, but it was the most tender lamb roast I have had in such a long time.

I also want to write a comment on the fruit and vegetable person. He went out of his way to get me the dates that I needed for a recipe. There was none in stock, but the truck had just come in that had a supply. This young man went out to the truck and got me a packet of these dates I come all the way from Hillary to shop at this wonderful Illuka tucker fresh shop, And I always will keep going there because of the service I get
This supermarket is run down and has a poor range of products. I’m amazed IGA let it stay this bad, it should bring shame to their brand. This place brings down the whole suburb and high street. Needs a major upgrade.
Regularly mark products on special, but charge full price at checkout. Happens almost every visit. It is our local, but started going to bigger shopping centres instead because we always have to tally up the price ourselves or take particular note of items on special and check when they are scanned.
I went down to Iga with my client(she is differently abled). She buy some stuffs and get voucher for recharge. There was a guy who was trying to do the check out and he asked helped with the lady called ANU she checked out and then my client asked her to help with the voucher recharge phone. But what? lady (staff member) was so rude she was like what attitude. What is that attitude for ?? If she can’t be gentle and patience with the people coming in the shop . Then why is she there?
My client was going here to there to ask for help and she got stressed I was witnessing whole scenario . I respect their time and effort for the store but please be polite and try to have a helping nature .
Hope it’s understandable
Thanks
Tried overcharging me again for fruit. They know very well what 99% of igas are doing and it's blatant robbery !
Great products on offer. Great range of ready made meals too
This is probably the best IGA that I have been too, the deli section is amazing & the whole store gives you that warm & welcome feeling.
Pros: great upmarket range
Cons: loads of plastic - including styrofoam trays with glad wrap for veges and only old school plastic bags at checkout. Also the most expensive supermarket in the eastern suburbs (comparing exactly the same items - e.g. pukka teas, oatly, so it’s not about quality)
Closes too early, also very limited in what they have.
Great shops with good range of products. Also the Thai Take away was amazing
Good store, great staff, always helpful and nice. Free parking and no self serve, that is a plus!
Service with a smile
Smaller shop but has a decent range
Was closed at 9pm on a Thursday despite *till 10pm 7 days* signage on the door 👎🏼
The shop is always under staffed at the registers not sure why especially at peek times otherwise store is good
It is a convenient place to get extras. I wouldn't buy my whole shop but it is ideal for out of hours shopping and emergencies
All good here. A little expensive but you can still get some deals
Great shop but disappointing service, three members of staff chatting about the store and what is going on with rosters and who is going to be doing them. Was not even acknowledged that I was even at the counter, nothing, no eye contact, not a word from the person that served me . This was Saturday afternoon at about 4.15.
Ice Cream melted and refrozen was all ice and yellowish $6 for a Magnum that I had to throw away! Furthermore there was no best before date on them 👀.

So over this store , something that is meant to be “Convenient ” causes so much inconvenience.
The rip off that is stone fruit at this time of year 😐 Paid $8 for 4 peaches on Friday- inedible. If they were 50 cents , well you take your chances but at $2 each I was expecting better.
The staff were very distracted, customer service were alright. They spoke tagalog which i obviously understood, talking about how they have no idea ehat they were doing reguarding opal cards.
Excellent quality of food and service. This is a destination for all 4 seasons because they keep product for those special occasions.
They try to scam you with Uber eats. Give you a cheaper alternative product without actually changing the product & price in the app. This has happened to me more than once. Never again. It's either that, or their staff & management aren't competent.
Top quality products at top quality pricing. You pay for what you get, definitively has the freshest and premium (perfect) fruit /veg selections. Good options of cheese and charcuterie and lots of other goodies.
Biggest avocado i have bought. Great customer service
..amazing range of flowers
Excellent service from the manager that helped me buy what may have been one of the last IGA Christmas hams available this year! Choice magazine tasters reviewed it highly. It was delicious! I phoned a lot of stores.
Handy local 24-hour store. The only problem that matters is you should always check your receipts after purchasing. They sometimes make mistakes.
Nice compact with all the essentials and some extras to take the experience over the top.
I really hope the store manager does not treat the staff as badly as he treats customers. Have had multiple bad interactions with him and as a direct result will not shop there unless I am desperate.
Small IGA, but has lots of good options. But for some reason they only do hot BBQ chickens in the mornings.
I've been shopping at this IGA for two years. I purchased a packet of Doritos and they were stale. Went in to get another one and the store manager said 'if it is stale again you can't come in again and complain'
The new packet was also stale. Terrible products and customer service.
Always lovely, friendly service here and the shop has a fantastic array of fresh hot food, rolls, cakes and other delicious lunch-time options.
They also stock a lot of pre-workout drinks that are difficult to find outside of a gym.
Nice place 😃👍
Great selection of food but they use way too much plastic in their wrapping of fruit and vegetables. Would love to see paper bag options too - only plastic bags which is disappointing.
Look, i hate these stupid reviews, but this is needed so here goes, firstly, the customer service is fine, the staff are friendly with very few exceptions the problem, apart from price which is a national problem, is that this place WILL sell rotten and potentially lethal food, its an inditement on the chain and the falling share price is testimony.
Seriously, be careful here, the owners are bordering on criminially incompetent and manifestly have a genuine disgust for the customer as evidenced by this practice and in this area, thats very unwise.
Wanneroo Fresh, conveniently located next to Coles, became our go-to spot with its standout feature – massive eggs. The small grocer, part of the shopping center, boasts friendly staff, adding a welcoming touch to the convenience. Ample parking makes it a practical and pleasant stop for our needs.
My local, normally does the trick if I've forgotten to buy anything and it's too late to go back to the shops. Bought a pack of ham maybe only 2 days ago and turns out it's expired (use by 22nd, today being the 24th), wasn't discounted or anything. Didn't even grab a receipt or have to time to go get a refund. Just disappointed.
Polite friendly staff and a great place to grab lunch or something fresh for dinner. Like most IGA the prices are a little higher but the quailty and selection is worth a few extra dollars - great little fruit and veg section.
They have everything you'd want in an IGA feels very dark inside but probably just needs a revamp. It's fine... doesn't have the deli or hot food section some new IGAs have.
My experience at IGA in Mascot is that from the Owner and his staff are like family to me. If I tell someone that there is a item on the shelf that is popular and suddenly there is none left, They would apologise and guarantee that the next delivery would most likely have what you have asked for. So tell me now that you could not be more happy than that regard's from me Rusty from MASCOT NSW SYDNEY AUSTRALIA.
The check out guy was so friendly and bubbly keep up the good work mate.
Very rude staff. Bought Items, when we returned to the shop to complain as items were expired, they pretended not to understand English. 😑 Did not get a refund, avoid this shop, rip off.
Just charged me for 1kg of pork scotch filet ($18/kg) instead of the actual price for 0.48kg which is $8.71.
Not happy. Would have come back but was only passing through. Won’t be returning.
Wow the most beautiful supermarket I’ve been to, puts supermart in its small pocket. Pricy but it’s worth it. Everything is so pretty and fresh from fresh produce to deli to bakery. They also have a cafe and pastry snack sections.
Great place love it
All items are quite cheap staff are nice good spot next to station and Westfield but few losers hang around near their unfortunately
I would not shop here one of the workers went to the loos with gloves on went to pee with gloves on and stayed on touching all the fruit and vegetables.
Freshest and interesting variety of fruit and veg. Definitely a regular here nowadays.
Bad customer service almost every time no hello or morning or thank you or even no good bye

the last 5 times i’ve gone to Iga candlewood the female older staff are very rude again this morning politely said after the cashier said $11 you should not be working in customer service your so rude no acknowledgement , continue chatting with another worker the who time i was being served until when i gave the cashier my money and had to politely educate and remind you in customer service u should not being getting treated this rudely it’s unprofessional

staff need training on customer service
they clearly need to be retrained on the basics!!how to great a customer waiting to be served or at least acknowledge or use manners
Lovely store and great staff. Very supportive off all local events. Always friendly and eager to help. Just donated water for Burns Beach Community Walk for Life-Cancer WA also donated products fir Burns Beach residents Christmas party. Thank you to everyone x
Shabby, lower quality cheap food of limited range. They offer plastic bags but never tell you that they charge for them. Reasonable service
This is a really nice little store that I go to every time I am in Edgewater. The staff are very helpful and they always have a couple of good specials. Altogether a nice centre.
Great little store. Stocks everything you need. Friendliest staff around. Very proactive staff. Open 24hrs. Right near the beach.
very expensive but gorgeous range, friendly staff, beautiful presentation. very fresh
The staff are always lovely friendly and helpful - I find the meat reasonably priced and good quality too ! A nice local supermarket to shop in !! Highly recommended
Horrible store, the drink I bought was expired since 2021 and when I complained about it they simply just ignored me and did little to nothing to resolve it and once I made it a big deal they refunded my money by dropping the money on the counter and rolling their eyes at me instead of handing it to me and issuing an apology. The workers are also very rude and when I asked if I can buy an opal card here they looked me up and down and told me to go to the news agency even and as soon as I left I heard them sell the person behind me an opal card? Do not bother going here. I am heavily disappointed
Can’t say enough about this IGA store, the improvements that have been made over the last 12 months have been amazing. A fabulous gourmet section is now there. They’re always fully stocked and the prices are so competitive. I was quite surprised. Also, the weekly specials are a big drawcard for me. The staff are very friendly and super helpful also. I spoke to Renée the manager the other day and she was so helpful. I would give this store five stars all day every day.
The thing about IGA is that they use more local based suppliers as opposed to the giant chain stores like Coles and Woolworths. This helps to keep money circulating in Australia instead of the large overseas corporations that manipulate food for longer than normal shelf life. Here's a good example: the avocado I am eating today came from a local source, so that money did not go to help a violent cartel in Mexico that weilds great power in growing and exporting avocados for the giant corporations. Buying local means we are helping Australia retain its self determination by not bleeding our expenses out to foreign interests. This particular store in Edgewater has the added benefit of being a really friendly and helpful store where the staff are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer gets what they want. You just don't get personalised human service like this in the giant chain stores. Coles and Woolworths don't even want to have humans to take your money. All this does is normalise the self checkouts as normal and natural, like the digital currency the central banking system has been trying to implement over the years. Edgewater IGA is a very down-to-Earth store with mostly locally sourced products and super friendly helpful staff. Today I needed help keeping salad fresh all day in my car and the staff helped me with a smaller alternative to the bulky 5kg bags of ice. Well done to the manager of the day, Amy.
Horrible!! I went to this store in the morning of 2nd December. As I enter the store, I was stopped by an cashier who at that time was serving a different customer. I was told by the lady that I can't shop in this store as I was banned from it. When I asked her for the reason of the ban, I was refused to get an answer from her. Her way of talking was extremely rude. The worst customer service.
Very neat and clean IGA store with a surprisingly good variety of items with some at even better prices than the bigger major chain supermarkets.
Only downside is the carpark which is sometimes dominated by the local pub visitors.
My wife and I have recently noticed a huge difference in the management of this IGA. The variety and neatness of displays is so much better. The milk prices have come down cheaper than others in the area. The shelves are stocked and not so empty. There are more special displays and the staff is more helpful. Add a smile and thank customers for shopping would add the icing on the cake. Keep up the welcomed improvement.
I love this supermarket. The staff are wonderful and helpful. But the checkout ladies really need a lesson at customer satisfaction….. they never help pack and rush to the next customer before I have finished packing…..😞annoying .
Looks can be deceiving. From the street this store looks quite small but upon entering it is surprisingly huge. Isle upon isle of grocery goods. They have a particularly good fresh produce section, flowers for sale and potted orchids. There is no toilet here but you are next door to the rose bay hotel if the need should arise. Amazing friendly staff.
Wheelchair accessible parking and entry
Brings back a lot of childhood memories, I remember when it was Franklin's and not very well maintained but now the interior and exterior are inviting not old or tired
Poor service. I ordered yesterday for delivery at 6-7 pm but nothing arrived. I called the contact center and they said will be delivered today. At around 3pm today ,still nothing came but received an email at 10:43 am that order was picked for delivery. I called the contact center again and turned out still it was on the queue for delivery. The ending was we cancelled the order as there is no one to receive it at home. What is the purpose of delivery time reservation? This happened to me twice now.
We come from Hillarys to this amazing store. Louise & Romit are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They know where everything can be found in the store.
The meat is slightly more expensive than Coles & Woolworths, but the quality beats Coles & Woolworths hands down.
I have a special order for chicken thighs, with skin on & bone in, and I telephone the day before I am to come in for my fortnightly shop, and Romit/Louise make sure it is available. I wish we could buy chicken breasts with skin on. I am sure others would buy it as the skin adds flavour to the cooking process.
It is enjoyable to shop at Tucker Fresh Iluka.
Focused on the #Quality and Costumer Satisfaction in each and every item inside the food hall. However all the Staff are so friendly and helpful at every time. This is my experience and don’t forget to share your’s. Thank you #PARISI’S FOOD HALL ROSE BAY for giving the fabulous presentation of may order.
This is a surprisingly well stocked IGA and reasonably priced. Lots of items here that Woollies doesn’t stock. Good range across the board. Customer service could certainly be improved though.
Did not honour their promotion on Uber eats and overcharged me by $65!!! they stated that they would get back to me and did not. I have tried to seek resolution both through them and Uber eats. Please be very careful when ordering with them as they may overcharge you considerably. I have lodged a complaint with Paypal.
This is my local IGA but overall it's a pretty small one. The staff are friendly and the store has most of what you need but it is quite small and the fruit and veg is not great. I would appreciate if their fresh produce was a bit more above average
The deli closes earlier than the store as well - but it’s a basic one..

Staff are very friendly though :)
This is a quirky little store almost like an old fashion suburban corner store. It reminded me of a lost era before supermarkets. Most will find it confusing and congested but ideal to pick up one or two miscellaneous items on the way home from work.
Is a nice little IGA located right next to the station, cheap soft drinks. Didn't have rapid antigen tests and I was told to come back at 4PM, came back and was told to go tomorrow. I did not go the next day because there's no knowing how much more it'll be pushed back. Very narrow aisles so social distancing is virtually impossible
A tidy place to be in, in terms of products and rates. Also the store is quite clean. However in the early days of the store had an encounter with an employee named Swarup, who was super rude and just spoiled the entire experience... He had zero knowledge of customer service. The management have to really focus on such employees in terms of teaching them proper customer service.
Popped into IGA today in passing and bought a Pink lady apple. So fresh and delicious it will be up there in my memorable 'apple' moments. Congratulations on the quality of your fruit & veg.
Rude lady at the checkout today at the evening shift. FYI for the manager that she was at the extreme right counter as one exits the store. Young with brown hair and no smiles. Others in store much more helpful but let down by her. Some feedback that “that’s not my problem” is not a helpful response. Perhaps servicing customers shouldn’t be her “problem”?
The staff here at this store are always super friendly and provide helpful and fast service.
I used to buy water here for 60c and the price has increased quite a lot but it's still cheaper than anywhere else. They have other canned drinks for sale cheap also.
They offer a small selection of fresh meat, fruit and vegetables as well as basic household food items.
They used to have hot pies for sale but they've stopped doing that.
They are well priced for cigarettes.
Bought some of Helga's gluten free bread and got half a loaf???? Will be returning tomorrow
Great place to shop. Walking distance from my home. Friendly staff and great selection of fresh foods! Prices are reasonable (compared to similar shops). Nice to see families with kiddies on bikes, bubs in prams doing their shopping. Bringing value to our 'hood! Thanks guys/gals!
A month old complex that is sure to be helpful to many in the ILuka area. Yes, a bit pricey at the moment. However, its the price you pay for being open at late hours and for convenience.

There is an under cover parking and roof parking, which I like when it comes to looking after your car from the sun.
I LOVE this little place!! My wife buys all our fresh fruit and veg here.
The prices are really competitive, and the freshness and quality of the food is TOP CLASS!
This is located inside the Lalor Plaza shops near Coles.
This Fruit and Vegie shop has great produce and prices are great
This place is one of the best Iga gourmet in Edgewater. They also sell a great range of plant gifts.
Excellent prices and fresh produce
Very bad service and produce not great. Manager is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. Furthermore the Manager is extremely demanding of employees also disrespecting them in front of customers.
Affordable prices with regular savings.Great variety of fresh fruit vegetables and healthy meals.Friendly helpful staff and fast checkout service at register.
Very good customer service i am very hapy with them
Yesterday I bought a bag of oranges. Today I cut two oranges and they were dry. I tried to return to the shop , but the cashier lady did not want to help. I did not have the receits. I told them that they can chack the camera and confirm that I bought the oranges the previous day. No answer, just left the bag off oranges there and walked out. I am regular customer there for years and they know me. I am good when I spend money there, but when I complain they don't want to hear or help.
Lovely Fruit and Veg shop. Always fresh produce at prices cheaper than coles and lasts longer too. Staff are very friendly.
This shop run by Dan and Heung, is the best fruit and veg shop you will find. Their produce is second to none. Never a bad piece on the shelf. All staff are very friendly. Really need six stars for them.
Staff are lovely and helpful.
Not much variety.
Not a great IGA. Limited stock, high prices, and a busy carpark.

Produce is rarely very fresh. Their hot chicken rack has bugs in it, and the icecream freezer is way overdue for a defrosting.
One of the smaller supermarkets. Good to pick something up if you have run out, but not ideal for a full shop. Centre has recently had an renovation and is clean with a modern feel.
Coming to the end of a refit otherwise would have been 5 stars. Building is twice as big inside now, very smart with a much expanded range. More unusual brands too.
The place is not too small nor not too big. A good quick stop for good priced fruits/vege.
