They try to scam you with Uber eats. Give you a cheaper alternative product without actually changing the product & price in the app. This has happened to me more than once. Never again. It's either that, or their staff & management aren't competent.
I shopped here the other day for meat for my family, I got scotch fillet steak, minced steak 1kg, 3 large chicken breasts , 1kg of diced chicken, 10 lamb chops and 2 huge bones for my dogs and it only cost me $120 Now I think that is a bargain compared to if I bought in the supermarket and very very nice friendly people working inside. I would say it's a family run business too, which is even better to support, just thought I'd let everyone know it's so much cheaper in a butcher 😀👏
Friendly service, good selection.
Best quality fruit and vege. Yes it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. Only talking about the fruit and vegetables, not the smoothie/salad cafe.
I love going in there. I like their meat, it’s cheaper than Coles and their Mumtaz laundry powder is elite. Don’t move, ok :-)
5 STARS - Great green grocer/deli, super fresh and very good prices. Aldi and Woolies right next door so easy to do weekly shopping
MINUS 1STAR - should not pay for short stay parking :((. Parking should be free for the first 2 hours. I just visited the bank and still had to pay parking. If centre want to ensure only shoppers are using car park perhaps implement a “free first 2 hours” or a ticket validation for free parking when proven to be shopping at the centre.
I spent just a few minutes in Aldi and grabbed a pizza and got asked by a cashier to open my bag for her. This felt weird and a bit inappropriate as she was not the security person. My privacy has to be respected and my bag should be checked if there's a valid reason. This also happened to my friend who I was with.
Been going there since they opened up. Always met with great customer service and also has a wide range of grocery goods as well.
They keep a shop who steal money from customers - Sunrise mobile!!

We paid by card. We taped on two terminals. They told us that first terminal didn’t work so we used second one but the money was taken twice. We went to complain straight away nobody listen to us and we were told the money will be returned but it wasn’t! We don’t go there to often so we went to complain again one month later and the customer service is so bad!!!

The second time we went there we spoke to the store manager. I really don't understand how she could keep her job! So arrogant and rude person!!

She didn't even look at the store's bank account to see what happened on their end, but wanted to see our full statement to see that the transaction was not refunded (our personal stuff!!) after we went for the full bank statement to a bank the money was finally returned to us with arrogant faces and really rude behaviour!

I hope you don't want to keep a business that is taking away your customers!!

The highlights: we were called mate, bro, it’s only $20 why you care? (It wasn’t about the money all), they even called security on us (the security guard was so nice to us, on our side and told us where to complain)

I reported them to customer affairs, if you have similar experience please do the same to get rid of this dodgy shop!!
Purchased year old scotch fillet steak from the Buther Club - at $54 a kilo (paid $16-+) . It was very tough - bbq’d at medium. The steak was tough & chewy.
Very disappointed.
Huge variety of groceries.. very giant supermarket of Indian groceries..

Good place to buy Indian groceries..
Small IGA, but has lots of good options. But for some reason they only do hot BBQ chickens in the mornings.
Good store, large and clean and easy to find what one needs. Just found it had less items than it's neighboring stores 'Maroubra, Pagewood & Southpoint'. Customer Service always good.
Always a good aldi gets quite busy often
Bought tandoori chicken mild i cooked in oven and smells rotten looks like very old they are playing with people's life my whole house is smelly because of this rotten chicken never ever go again so guys be careful before buy chicken from them
Friendly and perfect customer service,
And available in every time that be mentioned in their profile
Sprawling dump of a shopping centre with horrid parking, I visited today for the first time in a long time. Upon entering the car park, I proceeded to drive around for a while not seeing a single free car park and dodging all of the oversized vehicles that this carpark is definitely not designed for. I had to honk at a couple of people who were blocking traffic by both trying to reverse into the same parking bay at the same time, neither one was going to give up until I honked at them, thankfully one of them scarpered as soon as I did, then someone else drove straight into the parking spot. I ended up near the top of the parking area, after driving around many a far too tight corner and still not seeing a single free car park. Once I exited the parking area, I entered a small foyer which led to a stairwell that smelt of urine, after exiting that I found myself somehow close to Woolworths. After shopping at Woolworths, I returned to the urine stairwell and then to my car to drop off my shopping. I then returned to the urine stairwell and followed the signs towards Coles, including the sign that appears to tell you to go up, when you need to go down. Coles is a long, long, way from where I parked, basically in another shopping centre altogether. After shopping at Coles, I returned to the urine stairwell and then to my car, where I had to wait a few minutes for traffic to clear, before hearing someone hit something with their car very close to me, no surprise there, the accident stats for this place would be amazing. I backed out, drove forward and spent the next 10 minutes in a traffic jam due to the ridiculously poor design of the parking lot. Then I paid for the privilege, which is like paying to use the southern end of Eastlink even though you are driving at 40kph in stop/start traffic.
Do not shop here. I walked in today and asked if they had pipe tobacco. He said yes, and showed me three packets of 50g tobacco. I said I had never heard of these brands and he said that they were very popular. I purchased one-you can guess the cost-and went to my hairdresser appointment around the corner and opened the tobacco only to find that it was cigarette tobacco. I took it back immediately for an exchange for pipe tobacco and was told that they do not stock pipe tobacco. I do not smoke cigarettes. Now, I understand that the vendor had English as a second language and I was very careful with my annunciation throughout, and was precise and polite. I understand that when the tobacco is opened that is a problem, but it was a lot of money and we all get the consequences of miscommunication, and these are as follows. I've lost a lot of money with this transaction, and I should have known better than to part with money to an unfamiliar vendor and will know better next time. In fairness too the vendor must also take on responsibility for the miscommunication and thus I would not recommend that you shop here under any circumstances as a visitor to the area.
Not a customer friendly supermarket anymore too many self checking machines and customers who don't want to use cards are lining up to one cash register Disgusting ALDI serve your customers or you will be deserted
Lot of items indian groceries available here for good price. Go to temple and visit it, just near by Shiva Vishnu temple. Getting a rice bag is hard though.
My local, normally does the trick if I've forgotten to buy anything and it's too late to go back to the shops. Bought a pack of ham maybe only 2 days ago and turns out it's expired (use by 22nd, today being the 24th), wasn't discounted or anything. Didn't even grab a receipt or have to time to go get a refund. Just disappointed.
Very rude and cross contamination of food.
Im not usually a big fan of the Bayside shops, however i lost my parking ticket AFTER i had paid for it. I was 100% expecting to have to pay the $15 for a lost ticket. Howevercthe lady looked up my payment and it was not an issue. Very pleased with this experience.
the shop got robbed by 2 youths last time i went there but still left with everything i wanted, i asked the bloke serving me if that happened a lot and he just stared at me
All different Indian material is available
Definitely cheaper than Sydney. Loved the variety and offerings here. Just one issue, cant find anyone to ask questions.
Very boring and dreary shopping centre, 95% of the shops are boring. The only good shop is kmart and maybe target, it needs upgrading badly and what a stupid idea that you have to pay for parking. Karingal hub and fountain gate shopping centres are a lot better
Fresh and tasty well-priced salads! 5 star!
Had a spoilage issue, and the shopkeeper politely resolved the issue with a bow. So I will definitely keep shopping here.
New to the area and looked forward to shopping at the Myer store as per signage! Couldn’t find the store and rang centre management to be told it closed in January!!!!!! Asked why sign was still showing and received a not very helpful sorry! False advertising is against the LAW.
Bought some produce on special. When I got home the food was out of date went back to the shop and was told by a staff member I should look for the date before buying
Just charged me for 1kg of pork scotch filet ($18/kg) instead of the actual price for 0.48kg which is $8.71.
Not happy. Would have come back but was only passing through. Won’t be returning.
Good selection of fruit and vegetables price very competitive and very good specials
Great collection of Indian groceries and frozen foods. They even have a wide variety of snacks that never fails to remind me of home.
We always come here to buy stuff in bulk. Its one stop to buy all your grocery items and pooja related items. Its right in front of Shiva Vishnu temple
So , every time we visit this temple we get to visit this store and buy wanted items in bulk.
Awesome ... What you expect from ALDI.
It has all the staple things one might need for Indian cooking and Hindu rituals. Greatly maintained, very well stocked and receptive staff. In the one rare instance when we found an item that was past its Best Before date (one in many, many products), they immediately took them off the shelf.

A one-stop shop for all Indian cooking needs for sure!
Nice place to shop for your Indian groceries, in a serene environment. The chanting of OM and Shiva Sthothra adds a religious appeal to those visiting the shop. A huge range of groceries with competitive pricing, gives an edge to this shop. Checkout operators don't seems to wish or smile but maintain a serious composure. Perhaps its our acquired culture here to stay that way, but, definitely not Indian culture.
Overall, a great store to visit, you will not be disappointed.
We love kitchen favorite and highly recommend this brand 🤙🏽
Busy store.
Usual specials & pricing.
We left without purchase, as lines were too long.
No self-checkout for single items.
-1 star
The rudest manager I've ever had the displeasure to interact/ be served by. The way she interacted with me was akin to speaking with a 5 year old. I was so appalled I returned, and then found she is the manager here. If you're having a bad day, that is an issue, but not my issue. Grow up and be better Molly. Zero stars was not an option.

Edit: a quick look at other reviews shows this lady has real issues! ALDI, and other staff at this location, this needs to be addressed!!!!!
the customer service was the quick and nice layout of the store was. The produce looks fresh and nice. I love how the aisle in the middle with kitchen utensils is so good value!!
Bad customer service almost every time no hello or morning or thank you or even no good bye

the last 5 times i’ve gone to Iga candlewood the female older staff are very rude again this morning politely said after the cashier said $11 you should not be working in customer service your so rude no acknowledgement , continue chatting with another worker the who time i was being served until when i gave the cashier my money and had to politely educate and remind you in customer service u should not being getting treated this rudely it’s unprofessional

staff need training on customer service
they clearly need to be retrained on the basics!!how to great a customer waiting to be served or at least acknowledge or use manners
I was really pleased when this shop opened, as there hadn't been a local independent fruit and vegetable shop since the one opposite had closed down some years earlier.
I attended the soft opening and spoke with one of the owners. I asked if it was possible he could get a specific grocery item in for me, as I hadn't been able to buy it locally since the other store had closed and I now had to go the Harris Farm Markets for it.
He promised he would. Over the next six months or so I shopped there almost every week. I would sometimes enquire about the item I had requested and would usually be told it would be in very soon. On one occasion, I met with the owner again and asked about it. He told me it must have been his brother I had spoken with previously, but he assured me he would get the item in for me. One day when I asked about it, a staff member told me to speak with the woman who places the stock orders. I spoke with her about the item. She told me she wasn't aware of my request. She asked for all the information about the item and we looked at photos on Google. She told me it was an easy item to order in, as they already purchased from this supplier. When I saw her next, she told me it had been ordered and would be in soon. She even showed me the shelf where it was to be placed. A week later, it was pouring with with rain, but I thought I would make the effort to attend the store, as I was keen to purchase the item. When I arrived, a woman behind the checkout shouted at me " oh yeah, we're not getting it." That was it. Apparently I had been waiting all that time for nothing. I did write a letter addressed the the owner and addressed it to the store, however it was ignored. The item was something that may have assisted in helping with an illness I have, so it was important to me. I actually wrote to the supplier asking if there was anywhere near Rhodes I could buy it. When they found out what happened, they were good enough to deliver a box to my workplace (at a great price).
Absolutely love the staff and customer service here. Neat and tidy shop!
very
expensive than others
Bad customer service not cooperative staff

Rude behaviour
Liked the way they received the customers. The female worker who helped me out with the bouquet 💐 is so sweet.
I ordered a bouquet 💐 before I go to work and told her will pick up on my way back to home and she really helped me out with that.
Also the prices here are worth for flowers or bouquets and wrapped perfectly when compared to the other stores.
Not just flowers or bouquets but they also have lot of other stuff within the store.
Used to be good, but not anymore. Went to buy lamb curry got all the big bones no meat, looks like they sell lamb off cut as a lamb curry. Shame
I was a regular weekly shopper at Farmer's Fresh Rhodes with no issues until the appalling treatment I received from them today trying to return a tray of rotten tomatoes I bought from them the day before. The tray of 6 tomatoes looked ok on the outside but when you unwrapped the tray and turned the tomatoes over they were severely rotten with these awful black spots and they were all mouldy and slimey. They were disgusting. All I wanted was just another 6 fresh tomatoes, no big deal. When I tried to return the rotten tomatoes the female Asian shop assistant was extremely rude and tried to dismiss it as discounted stock and wouldn't exchange. I said the tomatoes are rotten and should not of been sold in the first place and I would just like 6 fresh ones to replace them please. This assistant then begrudgingly and rudely told me to take a tray of Roma tomatoes instead and dismissed me with a big roll of the eyes. I said to her there is no need to be so rude and she then yelled at me and said if you don't like it don't shop here ever again! I said I will never shop here again if you're going to sell people rotten produce and then treat customers so appallingly when they try to return your rotting produce that shouldn't of been on the shelves in the first place. I am absolutely disgusted at the appalling conduct of this shop assistant and I will gladly take her advice and never set foot in Farmer's Fresh Rhodes again. It's disgraceful that you treat customers like this. Your shop assistant is doing you a great disservice with her horrible attitude and behaviour. Very bad for business. Will never return.
best shop in Western Australia for everyhing. best international stuff including american drinks, chips, jellies etc and the best shop for buying regular routine stuff too like milk, bread, yoghurt and other dairy items. and all types of ciggerattes and too
A nice new Aldi with car park below 2 hours free, surrounded by a few other shops over the road from the tired old shopping village which will be redeveloped. A genuine alternative to major grocery chains definitely cheaper, quality is equal too home brands.
Worst costumer service EVER!!!!

Today 221118 6pm the woman that is supposed to be the manager has so horrible actitud!! Aldi. You should really train your people to be educated and learn how to be professional at costumer service… or simply the basics… just to learn about how to treat people with the minimum respect.

I dont know if she feels she is in the army or what… but it feels so disappointing aldi. Just because you are cheap, that does not mean you are entitled to have personnel treating so bad your costumers!

Very disappointed costumer here.

Update(06/12/2022)

They close even before the time
The prices are reasonable, and they are accessible at any time of the day.
The woman - apparent manager, is extremely rude, unprofessional and lacks common sense.

The store was extremely busy but she refuses to open a third checkout lane and sent a staff doing check out to the back causing extremely long queues.

At my own check out she was unable to scan a number of fresh produce. She proceeds to incorrectly type it in although pointed out. She then proceeds to throw the produce on the floor. I offered to get another item for the barcode, she rejects it saying, “there are customers waiting.”

Her attitude is not suitable for customer service, let alone a managerial role.
Great service, always super friendly, lots of variety of products as well as international items 😁😁
Issa is a top bloke. Stocks some really hard to get US drinks. Other staff have always been very pleasant too.
Top shelf fruit and vegetables and so fresh. Once you have bought at Farmers Fresh, no way you would buy supermarket fruit and vegetables. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Great store and staff, however I do wish it was bigger!
This is my local IGA but overall it's a pretty small one. The staff are friendly and the store has most of what you need but it is quite small and the fruit and veg is not great. I would appreciate if their fresh produce was a bit more above average
The deli closes earlier than the store as well - but it’s a basic one..

Staff are very friendly though :)
Great shop - fresh fruit and vegetables with a real flavour and smell, excellent deli selection...good deals...I love herbs - any bunch for less than $2; basil is MUST buy... helpful and friendly staff...This is what we really needed...my favourite shop in the Rhodes Waterside Centre 👍😊
Best convenience store in perth! Super friendly, makes you feel welcome. Excellent store with many choices of soft drinks and a lot of other things!
We are isolated
We all tested positive
We can’t go outside to buy our groceries
We eat only halal
I called this store I asked if they do delivery he said yes we do if up to $250 !!!!!!!!
I goes yes I’m not going to do a 10 or 50$ shopping but I can’t do $250 shopping either 😳
We are struggling financially!
He doesn’t care at all
I told him I have kids at home they need to eat
He doesn’t care !
Is a shame
I wish to give 0
Huge collection of idols (metal, wood and few marble) and utensils (steel and aluminium). You can also find temples of many shapes and sizes. Grocery store also has a lot of variety. Good store to visit and get your groceries.
Fruit and vegetables are so fresh and delicious. The prices are quite similar to Coles and aldi so would recommend to get some better quality and more fresh food
Bayside Centre in Frankston has been an iconic and essential part of the CBD of the suburb. Owned and operated by Vicinity Centres, the stores you want. The amenities you expect. An environment you won’t want to leave. You’ll find them in the Vicinity.
From your favourite local to retail centres that can compete on any international stage, Vicinity aims to enrich the communities we serve with the experience they need. It's a great centre to find most things you'd be looking for.
Newly opened store. Great collection of a lot of items.
I ordered a watermelon juice and I informed them I don’t want other mixed stuff in it. But I still got some leafs floating in the cup😂
Asked for x2 250 gram eye fillet steaks.
I was then cut 1 which was 250, and another which was 150. At the checkout I clarified that I was after both steaks to be roughly 250 grams. Instead of cutting me another 250 piece, the butcher just cut a small 100 gram piece and added it to my order. Very disappointing.
This is my favourite green grocer in Sydney. Got a good selection of fruit + veggies, vegetarian + vegan food, cold meats (ham etc), cheese, international products (Italian, Greek, Japanese, Indian, Turkish and more), sauce, nuts, snacks and tea. I don’t think it’s more expensive than anywhere else in Sydney, but the quality is better. My partner and I will continue shopping here.
Got some snacks! Great little shop. Nice variety. Good customer service.
Quite an impressive range of items, with lots of their foods on the more gourmet and organic side of pricing. Some notable ranges were the selection of Manuka honeys, one up to $250 for a single jar. They also have a great range of fancy biscuits and lollies, including sweet little jars wrapped with twine and secured with checkered fabric under the lid - all sorts of sweets and biscuits that you can easily use as a gift. Greenwood Grocer also has a great range of refrigerated drinks, both in regard to healthier options and more sugary ones too. They stock all types of Jarritos (have never seen these in a store before? let alone for $2.99??!) iced coffee, Noah's Juices, a large range of kombucha, Sips, Famous Soda Co, Presha Fruit Juice, Impressed Fruit Juice, refrigerated ready-to-go Berocca, Dr Pepper and other cans of drink (of which are only $2 each!). The service at the counter is typically nothing memorable, and without conversation, but the job is done and your bag is packed.

They also stock a large range of well-known lollies, including Nerds, Reeses, Gobstoppers and Swedish Fish. They also have a range of vegan items, including lesser-seen vegan chocolate brands too.
Really great staff like there shop got bits and things thanks so much
Great staff, a product missing from shelf, asked if any in store, she went out and carried back huge tray of stock for me. Thanks again
Aldi is my mainstay for grocery items also unexpected special buys
Affordable prices with regular savings.Great variety of fresh fruit vegetables and healthy meals.Friendly helpful staff and fast checkout service at register.
Halal, beautiful service, best quality meats.
Large spice range.
Also has fresh cake.
Great prices.
The store is quite good and has a good variety of great quality products. Staff is friendly and helpful. A coin is needed to get a trolley, which is ok, the problem though is returning such trolleys in the car park... I’ve found one trolley bay allocated for Aldi, and it didn’t have anything there to attach the trolley to so I could get my coin back! That’s a bit petty!
As it’s a new store it is one of ALDI’s most modern using their latest layout like what is used at its newly renovated Macquarie Center store, store has plenty of space between aisles. It’s also stocking the entire range of products. Great this store is here now as it’s very close to my work.
Best coffee ever , friendly staff, fair prices , nice and tidy , Recommended .
It is an Aldi so the range will never be extensive. The weekly specials are like a lucky did sometimes good sometimes bad and sometimes so great grown adults fight over who got there first.
I never remember to bring a bag. Love that batteries are right on the check out counter.
Not a great IGA. Limited stock, high prices, and a busy carpark.

Produce is rarely very fresh. Their hot chicken rack has bugs in it, and the icecream freezer is way overdue for a defrosting.
Very friendly staff. Good experience
It's a great services and friendly staff as well as tasty coffee.
Friendly service. Very good quality coffee, made with a locally roasted bean. Price is fair by Perth standards.
They have a wide range of cold drinks and assorted snacks, smokes, drycleaning services and an computer with internet if you somehow do not own a smart phone.
Prices on everything are fair - not overpriced as most convenience stores are.
If i could give any less. Even negative stars. My friend and I were physically assaulted by the shop attendant on a Friday evening. After accidentally dropping a microwave noodle packet. Worth 5 dollars. He threatened us with pepper spray. Kicked, punched, and grabbed my thoat. Tore my shirt. Do not support this business. Walking in the door is a danger.
