Nice ramen noddles a bit hard, good broth
It was my first time visiting this restaurant.
I tried a food called chashu don.
We also ordered kimchi.
The chashu don was not as tasty as any chashu I had eaten in Japan.
It just tasted salty. It would be better not to serve the soup that came with it.
It tastes just like boiling water and adding green onions.
The taste was difficult to understand whether they were given hot water or soup. In particular, the kimchi was not very tasty.
It looks like kimchi, but it doesn't taste like kimchi at all. It's just cabbage mixed with strange, incomprehensible sauces.
How can sell food like this?
I don't understand the Google reviews for this restaurant. but the male staff was friendly.
Food was really good, we both had miso ramen soup and some appetizers. We speak no Portuguese and there was a menu in English. (There is not always an English menu in Brasilian Restaurants). Waiter also spoke English and helped us alot. One minus point, which is a personal preference: the kimchi was not tasty. Nevertheless enjoyed the rest of it!
Good ramen. Nice staff.
Delicious and very flavorful meals, price was way cheaper when comparing with the other local cuisines. Down side, very long waiting line (understandable due its popularity) and cash and pix only payments.
I tried the shio tyashu. Menu is quite large maybe best look at pictures before entering as menu does not have pictures. Soup broth was very good. Noodles good too as well as pork. Prices are competitive.
Authentic as you can get here. I grew up with Americanized Japanese food, and also lived in Japan for a period of time and this is some of the best ramen I've had outside of Japan.

The shoyu broth is light, with the perfect amount of umami and richness. The noodles are firm and perfectly elastic. The chashu is very fatty and soft. The egg is steeped in soy sauce for flavor (but was slightly overcooked imo). Prices are amazing (30 reais for a bowl of ramen).

The gyoza skin is so delicate and seems to be made in house. Perfect crisp on the bottom.

The wait was about 1.5 hours on a Sunday. It was worth it and I would do it again. They will definitely see me coming back.
I was most disappointed. I had a Ramen dish that tasted awful. Like it was like it was made with lard. I couldn't finish it. Nice place I just prolly went on the wrong day
Tasty veggie ramen 🍜😋 I do recommend this place, nice staff and good atmosphere. They have parking lot and Karaoke 🎤
Great location in Japão Liberdade which other asian spots nearby like boba or grocery stores. I got in as soon as a line started to form outside. The vibes were like a more modern Japanese Ramen shop. Sit at the counter if you want to watch the chefs cook and prepare food. I got the Shiro Misso Momo, and overall, the broth was a little salty, but the dish itself wasn't bad.
solid bowl of ramen. the noodles are nice and chewy, and the broth is flavorful!
Went on a Saturday with my wife, lunch time. House was full, so I expected my order to take a while to arrive, but waiting almost 30 min for a Udon and a Lamen is unacceptable.
Kitchen was working hard (kitchen is open to the public) but most of the orders going out was for either take out or delivery.
About the Lamen, noodles was good, broth not so much (shio). There was some fish taste, so not much of my liking.
Great lamen place. They also have separate houses for Bentos and Burgers. They have a decent amount of lamen and udons. They have a good ambient and the price is very fair.
Taste - very good.
Meat, egg, noodles - high level.
They have also Japanese beer and they preparing very fast the dishes.
One mistakes that nobody who work there doesn't speak English. 🤭😊😊😊
Super delicious! The ramen range between 18-20Reals, so affordable for a large portion. Only downside is how busy it can get especially during lunch time. Be prepared to wait!
