A very unfriendly welcome on arrival, apparently the receptionist was having a bad day and I was just adding to that...

Food is modest in selection and quality, drink selection is good however. No international newspapers at all. Found the staff overall a bit dour with the exception of the Filipina lady who was very helpful and cheerful. Not sure it's worth the money anymore.
I truly wonder why I still fly Lufthansa considering their appalling service as a “senator” (star alliance gold) client. The front desk staff tells you that the economy class ticket you have bought is not eligible for entrance. Their arrogant staff who behave like at the beau rivage in Geneva can drop dead. Will avoid Lufthansa going forward.
Clean, not overcrowded and good food and wine options. Actually better than the business lounge in Dubai which is often too crowded to enjoy.

However... this DUS Emirates lounge is currently closed... like the one in AMS. Really poor alternative offered in the form of Open Skylounge or drink vouchers... Disappointing Emirates!
It's okay. Not too crowded in the morning, clean, the staff is nice. Food selection could be improved (fresh veggies, low-fat yogurt, nuts), the coffee is terrible...
It took sometime to come in as the queue was too long but inside service, food and comfort are quite ok. Thanks 🙏!!!
The Lufthansa Senator Lounge made me feel like a real senator!
Just like Lindsey Graham, I walked in the room and was speechless!
"You can check out but you can never leave"!
"What a lovely place"...
They have a decent selection of lounge items in a somewhat small setting. The staff is efficient, so tables are cleared promptly and the lounge was in fine condition the day we visited.
Classic LH lounge, one can see it’s on the older side already, but very tidily managed. Very welcoming staff at the reception desk, warm dish (dal with rice) + selection of snacks/salad. Alcohol / soft drinks/ teas. Sadly no desserts, or they were all eaten. Pretty spacious, was full on Tuesday evening, but despite it still managed to get a place to sit.
One major downside - located on the 2nd floor, one has to take the stairs up to enter, so be prepared to carry your (most likely heavy) luggage.
A smaller lounge compared to the one in Frankfurt. No call rooms or workstations like in Frankfurt. The selection of food and beverages (including beer and spirits) are as expected. Overall an okay place to spend the transit time. The cost for entry is 39EUR if you are not a business class flyer or a frequent flyer
Acceptable lounge. Decent coffee, plenty of beer and crisps/pretzels. Food didn't look great. Clean toilets.
The lights are very bright, you almost need to wear sunglasses
why don’t you allow british cats on board? this is not good. i’ve seen millions of cats on board but why wont you allow any british cat?
If you want to be exposed to racism, this is the right place 👎👎
Very clean and modern, quiet, lots of seating, charge points, soft drinks, coffee and tea available and some small nibbles should you be hungry.
First of all I would like to thank Cindy Hoare for helping me to find my missing bag which I lost at Dubai airport. It is really a very nice flight ✈️ and staff are very very friendly and welcoming. Again just like to add that I lost my bag not because of Emirates mistake but it is because of the flight I had from India to Dubai. Then I flew by Emirates from Dubai to Germany and therefore I appreciate it as Emirates people help me to find the missing bag. I hearty thank you to the Emirates and Cindy Hoare again.
Friendly staff and very observant but this is where the good ends. The food was eatable at best. The selection of baked goods was just atrocious, let’s put it this way they had eggs, cheese, smoked ham, and jams.
My absolute favorite airline. Fly Emirates for over ten years. Not a single negative experience. Top Airline
Typical Emirates lounge with great food and drinks. The staff were excellent. Only two downsides are that the lounge has almost no daylight and therefore almost no view at all and that there are no easily accesible power outlets at the seats.
Nothing special - I would not try to get a status for this kind of lounge. No real Champaign, no good food. Just large, okay tasteful space. No nice views of the apron either
Buisness lounge is nice, offering good quality food (better than the lounge in Dubai) but finally not so cozy. Staff really professional and helpful.
