El sonido no convence mucho y la barra es muy pequeña y tiende a saturar a las personas que desean consumir. Tiene parqueadero que es mucho a su favor y cerca de una Upc, así que nada que no valga la pena visitar

I recently stayed at the Dann Carlton Hotel with my family for three nights and although there were some positive aspects, there were also multiple issues that left us somewhat dissatisfied. We stayed in rooms 311 and 611.

First and foremost, I must applaud the exceptional customer service we experienced throughout our stay. The staff was attentive, polite, and always willing to assist. From the reception to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome.

One highlight of our stay was the breakfast. The variety of options available was impressive, and the quality of the food was excellent. We all enjoyed starting our day with a satisfying meal to fuel our activities.

The hotel's location was also a major advantage. Its proximity to various attractions and amenities made it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the lobby and common areas were well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

However, despite these positive aspects, there were several disappointments that significantly impacted our overall experience. The first issue was with the shower in our room, which did not meet the minimum standards. The water temperature fluctuated uncontrollably, posing a safety concern, especially with children. It was frustrating to have to limit our showers to a maximum of two minutes due to this issue.

Another concern was the limited control over room temperature. Adjusting the temperature required assistance from the reception, located in the basement. This inconvenience could easily be improved by installing individual climate control units in each room.

Furthermore, the hotel advertises a swimming pool for guests, but it is actually outsourced to a fitness center. This means that the pool and other facilities, such as the gym, were shared with non-guests. In addition, the lack of complimentary towels at the pool was disappointing, as we had to bring our own from the room.

In terms of amenities, the hotel fell short of expectations as well. The espresso machine in the room came with only one capsule and one cup, which was insufficient for two people. It would have been more desirable to have extra capsules provided or the option to request additional supplies from the staff.

Moreover, the cable TV in our room did not work properly.

Unfortunately, even after requesting a room change due to the faulty shower in our initial room, we were disappointed to encounter the same issues (shower, room temperature and TV) in the substitute room.

Taking everything into consideration, I cannot confidently classify Dann Carlton Hotel as a 5-star establishment. While the attentive customer service, delicious breakfast, and prime location were commendable, the shortcomings regarding the shower, room temperature control, shared pool facility, lack of towels, insufficient room amenities, and faulty TV cable were disappointing and impacted our overall experience.

I sincerely hope that the hotel management takes note of these concerns and makes the necessary improvements to provide guests with a truly luxurious and hassle-free stay in the future.

Upmarket bur good chain hotel. Good location for restaurants, shops etc.. Not where I would stay but cant fault the offering!

I’m posting this again because the hotel deleted my original review. Not all of the rooms have AC which is very annoying. My issue with the hotel begins a few weeks ago when me and 4 other people I invited went to the hotel bar. We were sitting near the TV, the volume was loud and we requested that it be turned down. Another group of guests had the remote, the waiter would not get it from them and only asked them to turn it down they refused. Not only that but they turned the volume up to the absolute maximum to spite us. The manager got involved and we were informed that the other guests were much more important to the hotel as they spend a lot of money there and get additional privileges. Since we aren’t there as frequently and don’t spend as much money, we aren’t considered important guests. The managed advised us that if the music bothers us, we are free to leave. They also started smoking inside the bar, which is a very small room. The smell was nothing short of disgusting.

The hotel very clearly only cares about its high paying clientele and the regular guests are quite frankly treated like garbage.

To anyone that is traveling to Quito, look somewhere else. You can find another hotel for the same price that actually cares about its guests. Also the mattress was as hard as a rock.

Completely unsafe ... i'm staying in the hotel to attend a vape show in the city... i got stopped by militants in front of the hotel and they robbed me and stole my watch and my necklace and were about to kidnap me... the hotel has no security measures whatsoever .. i have no idea how this have happened... it's chaos over here and very dangerous... don't consider this hotel if you're coming from outside and looking for a normal safe stay... there might a snitch within their employees

Amazing hotel! The service, the rooms, the food and the gym are great! Very close to a giant park named La Carolina perfect for outdoor running. Will definitely return

Great hotel, spacious rooms and clean too. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant’s offer good food.
It’s not located in the real touristy area but I personally consider that a plus.

Puras mentiras, no cumple acuerdos que hace y como consejo a todas las personas, que se firme un contrato estableciendo bien las condiciones antes de pagar algún valor.

Fuí a la fiesta Bresh y el lugar estuvo bastante bien, es bonito, amplio, cuenta con parqueadero, y al menos el día de la fiesta también había seguridad.

El lugar es super amplio, cómodo. Los baños son cómodos, bastante espacio al aire libre hay ropero y barra.

Sitio muy agradable, accesible, muy fácil de ubicar, instalaciones acordes, la coordinación, el orden y la atención excelentes, la comida deliciosa (entrada, aperitivo, plato fuerte y postre) las bebidas, todo mi rico pa que, la decoración e iluminación muy bien, la música súper agradable, de hecho excelente, el animador no era del salón pero no desentonó en nada. Destaco la atención y la música que me gustó muchísimo y no hablo de música bailable sino ambiental amena, del recuerdo, en fin muy agradable la tarde que pasamos (2pm-7pm)

La piscina con buena temperatura.

Lugar amplio y bonito. Instalaciones modernas y baños de lujo. Además de la buena iluminación por la noche y su amplio parquedero.

Un excelente lugar para los eventos familiares, empresariales, area con amplios salones y areas verdes, su ubicación en Tumbaco, la Morita lo hace lejos del ruido, buen servicio de alimentación y bebidas.

Pésimo servicio de los meseros, nos sacaron apagandonos la luz a las 8 de la noche, muchos problemas del audio, tenían mucho apuro por servir los platos, nuestro pastel "se les cayó" y ni siquiera fue exhibido

Lo que mas me gusto del lugar es la alta cantidad de áreas verdes, sin duda un muy buen lugar para realizar eventos, estoy feliz con el evento que realice.

Experiencia totalmente desagradable.. En este mes le hice los 15 años a mi hija.. Y resulta que el servicio fue pésimo.. Apenas contaban con Tres meseros por lo cual se demoraron mucho en servir la comida.. Se había acordado el término de la carne en tres cuartos y la sirvieron a termino medio.. No hacen pruebas de proyección de videos, por lo cual en media fiesta sacaron una escalera... Adicional el local huele a pescado x lo que es cerrado.. El dueño no tiene seriedad desde un inicio.. Nunca envía la proforma, el día de la prueba de la comida llega tarde y recién se pone a preparar la comida.. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA..ME SIENTO ESTAFADA!!! Evitense malos momentos

Lo visité hace 3 semanas para cotizar un evento. Si bien la atención fue buena, sus instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento y modernizar su decoracion. Y aún no recibo la cotización solicitada a su gerente.

Un lugar súper acogedor y permite realizar eventos de toda clase, para empresas y particulares. La comida muy rica. Freddy el dueño es muy chevere y amable. Los baños están muy limpios y abastecidos siempre... El sistema de audio y luces centralizado de muy buen alcance.
No hay mucha señal de celular en la planta baja, eso sería lo único que acotar....

Excelente lugar y servicio. Atención de primera. Lo recomiendo para realizar eventos sociales y empresariales.
