No cóż.. byłem dzisiaj na zakupach. Szukałem trochę produktów, zajęło mi to ze 20 minut. Idę do kas - samoobsługowe nie działają. Idę do "normalnej". Po 20 minutach stania okazało się (rozmowa między pracownicami tego przybytku), że samoobsługa nie działa, bo nie działa płatność kartą. Przy normalnych kasach też. No to zostawiłem towary na taśmie i wyszedłem. Wypadałoby przy wejściu do sklepu wywiesić kartkę, że płatność kartą dzisiaj niemożliwa.
A trzeba trafić prawie godzinę by się o tym dowiedzieć. Gotówki nie miałem, teraz gotówka płacą głównie ludzie, którzy mają lewą kasę czy pracują na czarno. Skandal.

Shame on your personnel who puts one price for power bank 169 pln, but sells with another one 249 and when I want to buy with the first price tried to make me silly and put the power bank on another place with 59 pln to play in game that I did it!

a very busy and popular venue with lots of shops, food, clothes, tech, cosmetics as well as loads of cafes restaurants fast food parlours and ice cream and cake shops. a pretty extravagent place, i might add, with a few humble options for food etc.
Good place for shopping, currency exchange available, local mobile carriers are available too, for buying a sim card, & more.
Good stuff and good staff. Summer sale made it worthwhile, but as a poor swede with krona to pay with, it's sweaty everywhere 😢

Bardzo żal mi tych dziewczyn. Ludzie są rozdrażnieni, bo muszą stać w kolejce i to dlugiej kolejce, wyżywają się na kasjerce, a co Ona temu winna? Teraz jest mało chętnych do pracy w tej sieci. Wymagania mają ponad siły normalnych ludzi. Ja to zrozumiałam i mam spora dawkę wyrozumiałości dla tych pań. Może i inni też się zastanowią i dadzą im żyć.

Kolejka około 30 osób to już przegięcie ,jedna kasa czynna mało tego sobota godzina 16.00 a na niej Pani z identyfikatorem (uczę się) zostawiona sama sobie bez pomocy! Czy to jest profesjonalna obsługa? Czy warto tam zaglądać skoro jest tak zawsze?

Very helpful lady who helped us buy our products. Answered every question, needed if she did not know the answer, investigated. Space is rather cramped and complicated when full of people manoeuvre around. Prices are pretty the same everywhere.
Bad experience with buying Apple Watches. When I come home to unbox, I found out the absence of watches. So always check first on the spot. Likely I’m living close and have possibility to comeback immediately. By the way problem was solved fast and I received my stuff.

I was in “RTV EURO AGD” in Serenada. And I was shocked! I came there, took a photo of robot vacuum cleaner that I wanted and came to consultants there, and said that I want to buy it. They said that I should to wait. Then they said that they don’t have it. 🙂 (Then why you put it in your shop and show to people) Then they suggested me to order it and wait when it will appear in there shop or go to another their shop. I said that I came to them to buy it now. Ok. They offered me another robot vacuum cleaner. “Great, I’ll take it” I said. They said me to pay for it, I paid. And waiting. Because they said to wait. Waiting 15min. 15min! They said that they are sorry that I should to wait so long, but some guy can’t find my robot vacuum cleaner. 🙂 Ok, waiting, what I can do, I already paid for it. This consultant came to me, laughing and saying that unfortunately they sold just now this robot vacuum cleaner. 🙂 He was saying all this with smile. He said that I should to go to another shopping center to their shop and take it there. It is in 10min from this shop. I said that I don’t know where is this shop. And this consultant went with me. We went to another building, shopping center Krokus, found another shop “RTV EURO AGD”, I took my heavy robot vacuum cleaner and when I have been returning to shopping center Serenada, this consultant who showed me this 2nd shop, he just silently walked past me, he even didn’t help me with this heavy robot vacuum cleaner, he didn’t even ask. 😆
P.S. It is their fault that they do not have my product. At first they said that they have, I paid for it, then they said that have not. And they didn't bring it to me by themselves!!! Amazing store to buy daily essential items. This store is very big and you can buy groceries as well as other items like stationary, flower pots, liquor, clothes, toys, utensils. Only one problem, there is very huge line for biling. You have to wait quite a long, especially if you don't know how to do self checkout.
It's small but has plenty of diververse food and other stuff.
Printer, power supply for notebook, lamps, cords, Cafe machine - and it is one visit... Excellent

One of my favourite malls in Szczecin, you can find everything for family here.
A lot of employees pacing around not doing much but only one person on the cash desk, which didn't seem like an efficient use of personel.
I've had mostly great experiences here. Enough to overlook minor inconveniences.
“Abandon Hope All Ye Who Enter Here” Worst electronics store I've ever been to. The dark-haired manager is completely useless. She avoided talking me. I had to ask a customer service representative 3 times to see her. She saw me from a distance, hoping I would walk away. I waited there for almost an hour. They lie to customers about their return policy. I was informed I had 2 weeks to return an item. When she finally came, she rolled her eyes and told me they had the right not to return the item. I wanted an exchange or return, because the controller was loose on my switch. I was well within the 14 day return period. Another time a tall gentleman by the phones shouted at me, while I looked at one of the display phones. I've made several large purchases from this location. I wish I wouldn't have, based on how they treated my previous loyalty. Management and the rest of the employees, need proper training on how to treat customers. Even though I live nearby, I will go out of my way to shop elsewhere. I've had better experiences at the other Media Expert locations, but I'm not here to review them. Avoid this location at all costs.

Not sure if this is just this store or the whole franchise, but specifically at Paprotna 7 I was not able to buy the available TV.
Apparently, when you come to the store in person, I can buy the TV, but will not be able to return the TV even within 14 days. As I was told by shop assistant, it's the rule of the owner. It's 2022, having such a return policy is questionable at best.
Well, I don't know if it is the rule or some mistake was made, but I went to mediamarkt and got the same TV at the same price with 30 day return without a reason.

Today manager rejects to make VAT documents because of belarusian passport! Also he reject to write official refuse. 1 star service!

If you are dealing in this way with your customers, you are killing your business- putting customers in the center of your business has huge benefits

We contacted the support service, the operator denied the statement. And she said there was no such official order. It's arbitrariness. There are no official documents that you can't sell a laptop without additional settings.

WORST PLACE i have ever been to is media expert in szczecin galaxy. The customer service attendants try to hide when you ask them for help. The other day, I went to buy a phone, But they told me its not available. (Real me phone for 399pln, the phones were there like 10 pieces in a box, new ones.) Today i was there looking for a small room electric heater. They told me that they don't understand english, while speaking to me in english. I cant recommend anyone to this place
Biedronka is the best supermarket in my opinion because they have a lot of great deals and options. Due to that it is also one of the most crowded ones which sometimes can be a bit stressful. All in all, I don't have much to complain about this place.
It's a medium to small sized supermarket with lots of special deals for all kinds of stuff. The staff seemed extra friendly to me.

The second time we asked for it, they responded irritated as if we did something wrong. We eventually got the product that "they didn't have". Helping people should be part of the job in an electronics store. Next time, I'd rather go to another store..

This is my all-time favorite mall in Szczecin.I'm pretty sure you can everything here because I've been visiting this mall for the last 5 years. So far I've found everything I am looking for in this mall. There are so many shops inside that you can choose from local to international brands. You can pretty compare prices to other shops as well. What I like in this place is also the food place. There are a lot of different cuisine that you can choose depending on your appetite. It has a big space so it's very relaxing roaming around in this mall. You should not miss this when you are in the area.😉

I was wisiting this shop at Kaskada mall in Szczecin on 12 Dec 2020 at 20:30 hrs especially RTV department but sells man was busy to browse his private mobile while working and had no time to provide me any updates and advertising of new TV sets. I wanted purchase new Samsung TV but NO received any information from him. I lost wills to visit Media Market any more :(
I wanted to make a big purchase. They refused to exchange a 10 pln bill for the cart. Finally I had to go to Auchan, it is 100 meters away and has better customer service.
Booked newer version of Lenovo laptop online while visiting Krakow. Failed to find same model with English keyboard in Germany! Great discovery to find English keyboards in all machines as default in Poland. And RTV gave competitive pricing. Actually final price is much cheaper than Germany....
They charge 50 pln/piece of equipment to bring it upstairs + 30 pln so that they will call before they actually deliver the product! Staff in the shop was useless and couldn't possibly answer any question about the equipment. Never shopping there again.
