I’ve been a customer for over 5 years- being a petite lady with a love of shopping, has me frequently having to visit a tailor. I can’t say enough lovely things about these ladies! They are so kind, understanding & do a wonderful job on all my garments! From ball gowns to the Opera, to taking in the waists of shirts & hemming pants- you’ll be well taken care of. 💖
Had a comforter picked up to be dry cleaned, they did a nice job and nothing was damaged! Will be coming here for other services.
Wow. I needed a pair of pants hemmed. I am short and bought a "long" because that was the only size left. It had to be two feet of fabric. Took them in the afternoon of a Thursday and they were done early Saturday. And the price was absolutely comparable to the woman I normally use. I used this place this time because they are so close. Will definitely come back.
Love this shop! Always smells like the best incense. Everything is beautiful, even the underwear.
I have been using them for years and they are always reliable. They always ensure that stains are out before returning clothes. Whenever you have questions or concerns the owner (Brad) reaches out. Would recommend to a friend lol.
Amazing! Great service. Great tailor. Bought a tux online. Was a mess. She made it great for a fair price. Highly recommend.
I have had two dresses dry cleaned here and recently took one dress for alterations. Both services have been fantastic. I was initially quoted a price for the alterations, but when I went to pick up the dress, I was told the alterations actually cost less than what I was quoted! I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend this place.
I've been searching for and used several dry cleaners/tailors in the Denver and Cherry Creek area looking for one that is both reasonable in price and tailors according to my needs. The staff at Pendleton recommended Larimer Square Dry cleaners. The alterations to my shirts and jacket were exactly what I needed, and I was advised on best amount of taper and alteration based on fabrics and fit. I brought in some jeans that were starting to blow out, and the repair is flawless. Everything was perfect, reasonably priced, and done quickly. I've found my new tailor. Exceptional customer service!
As soon as I walked in the women’s shoe department, I greeted the staff and she turned her head away. I’m a woman of color and I feel like I’m not welcomed in this store, let alone do I feel comfortable asking for my size for the Jw Anderson mules I came here looking for. Very unwelcoming and Saks is one of my favorite stores. This is very disheartening to be experiencing this type of treatment in 2023 is unbelievable.I am a professional that makes GREAT money. I should receive the same treatment as anyone else. I’m overwhelmed with the actions. I have yet to receive a greeting and I’ve been in the store standing in the corner.
My mother in law requested to see a manager. Rebecca came to the rescue and was able to help me out the way proper customer service is suppose to be handled.

Excellent experience here. I had a few premium shirts that got damaged. I wanted to be able to get them back to pristine condition and Holly Alterations did an amazing job. I soon returned to have some of my shirts resized (those COVID lbs!). Again, perfect. Will be back! Worth the price.
Love this place, especially because the garage parking is only 10$ if you validate it. We had an appointment at the Rigby and Peller shop on third floor, but the mall has other shops like Bloomingdale’s, J crew, Gucci, Kendra Scott, etc. The mall is clean, there are restrooms, and there is a coffee shop downstairs.
I visited your store yesterday and had not anticipated purchasing cosmetics, but was intrigued by a LaMer display. It was difficult getting help and when I did it was less than helpful. The person did not know where any of the products I was interested in were, did not know prices and could not answer basic questions about the line. The second person was called in and managed to sell me the $600 of products I knew that I wanted.
This experience was so very unlike other times at the Saks cosmetics counter. I was not made to feel valued at all.

Absolutely amazing across the board!
I did not have the good fortune to visit in person, but, I absolutely love everything I ordered online. There was a small hiccup with my order right before it shipped, and I received a phonecall explaining what the hiccup was and how it had been corrected. Even though the hiccup was very small and inconsequential (had to do with shipping, not any items in my order), the fact I received a very nice, personable phonecall a few days before Christmas, during holiday peak season, is OUTSTANDING customer service.
When my items arrived in the mail, I was awe-struck. The colors are breathtakingly vibrant, everything fits as expected, and it's obvious that the coloring techniques used are professional-level. I don't really know how else to describe it, aside from saying "the colors look durable" as silly as that may sound. It's just something about the quality of the color used on the fabric (I guess it's their special sauce!).

This place is a hole in the wall, and that feels right. The staff are all very kind and they will happily do some custom work for you!!
I got a set of overalls a few weeks back and an apron about 6 years back. They use quality materials. The apron still looks new, and the overalls are clearly very durable.
I really can't recommend this locally owned and operated business enough, especially for gift shopping. 😊 Cheers!

It's just another shopping mall in my view, but one that's loaded with luxury stores. Great for browsing and getting ideas for clothing and jewelry designs. The employees in the stores that I've visited were super friendly, making my visit worthwhile and enjoyable! The restaurants here have a nice range of offerings.
There isn't much in terms of retail tenants here due to the location - a busy street in downtown Chicago and surrounded by large and/or tall buildings. This is why the retail tenants are situated on several short floors.

Had an awesome time at the Christmas tree lighting, Illuminate 900 event!! Kicks off Christmas for me every year!!
Be VERY careful with the clothes you bring to this place. They put a hole on my dress shirt and didn’t do anything about it - no accountability whatsoever. First, they said they were going to pay for it. A few days later, they came up with a story that they “don’t” do the laundry at this place, but they send customers’ clothes to another place where the work is done by other people (ie. even though we charge you in this store for the service, we don’t do the work, so if something goes wrong then we don’t care about it). They concluded that the hole wasn’t made by them during the laundry process and that I should take it back to the store where I bought it - all of this was in about a month and a half period. No money, no real compensation for damaging clothes, their solution? Bring more dress shirt and next time we will give you a $6 dollar credit. I will never be go back and I would not take anything you care about here.
Highly recommend. Professional customer service and good prices. Attention to detail in their work. I had one pair of jeans and one dress altered and I could not be happier with the result! Exactly as the owner discussed with me beforehand. Thank you, Holly Alterations!
I had a shirt get seriously shrunk. They told me to go into their business. When I got there, I was ignored while they helped others customers. Then, they sent me all the way to Mayfair cleaners on E Colfax where they send the dry cleaning out to. I don’t know why they didn’t have me go there initially. It was a huge waste of my time. They didn’t credit me for the dry cleaning services. Mayfair ended up stretching my shirt out but it’s not the same as it was. I had to fight to get Mayfair to credit me the $7 for the shirt. Nothing for the inconvenience. I will never be going back. I would not take anything you care about here.
The service here is the best!! I've gotten both my cleaning done and jeans hemmed, nothing but amazing quality work and always on time. Highly recommend for anyone in the Denver area.
IF I could give NO stars I would. I payed Donna Lewis USA a visit on Sunday, February 6, 2022. This was after doing research of black owned establishments in Alexandria, VA. After walking in I was not greeted by the gentleman nor lady behind the register. I assumed maybe it was because they were assisting another customer and they would get to me after. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After the "customer" who did not purchase anything left the two (who clearly were working there) begin to talk about inventory and not once take the time to see if I needed help with anything. Some of you may not see anything wrong with this but let me let you in on something. That previous "customer" WHITE! Me was a BLACK customer trying to support a business that was "black owned" clearly was not welcomed. I was ignored and never once given any attention. I would see the gentleman look my way but never did he once try to speak to me or even greet me. I walked around that 4x4 store about 5 times to be sure they saw me and not once did either say a word. My issue with this is don't claim you are "Black Owned" and not treat your potential "BLACK" customers as if they do not exist. And I say potential because I had every intention on purchasing something and putting my black dollar back into MY community. Again if they don't want black dollars they shouldn't promote themselves as a black owned establishment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go into this place, because, clearly if you look like me you are NOT welcomed!
My mother in Law and my Wifey found what they were looking for. Also it's cash only...so be prepared.
Very friendly and great customer service
This is the absolutely worst dry cleaning I have ever seen!!! They completely ruined a designer $4000 dress (i paid resale value but it does not diminish the fact it is a 100% real Channel) and left a note saying they couldn’t get the spot out when they were the ones who ruined it!!!! I do not recommended this establishment to anyone do not bring any clothes here!!! The entire dress is ruined and there were absolutely no stains on it!! I only brought it in to have it cleaned after buying it before a wedding!!
Edit to this post: Brad the owner did take the dress back to try and fix the mistake. He got most of the bleeding out but there was still damages. He then paid for half of what I paid for the dress. He tried to fix the mistake and kept in contact with me during the process. All of the other clothes I had given didn’t have anything on them.

Sue is absolutely amazing. I have been taking all my alterations here for over a year now. She works with you to get the fit you want - often making suggestions based on the fabric, style, and desired look you're going for. One time my pants weren't quite right when I tried them on after alterations and she fixed them right then and there. No waiting additional time for more alterations. She is definitely willing to go above and beyond!
The downtown location is perfect for city life. And she doesn't over-charge like the others over 16th St Mall and nearby locations.
I will continue to give my business to Sue every time.

Brought wife in for a dress fitting. Sales staff was top notch and showed her a collection of several colors, styles, and lengths that they thought would look good on her. My wife was so delighted with the specialized service. The sales woman actually ran downstairs to grab a pair of shoes just to see how they would look with the dress. Wow.. Wife bought a dress, needed to be altered and it was done in ONE day. Will definitely recommend Saks Fifth Avenue and thank you for the wonderful service through this painful pandemic...
Friendly workers, good quality fabric, best place to get alterations and custom orders
Great help. They repair and alter all my clothes.
I brought them my only silk shirt to clean and they changed a 5mm coffee stain into a 12 inch stain and handed it back as if it was normal. When I asked them to reclean it, they offered no apology and were indignant and berated me, as if I was being the unreasonable one. When I got my shirt back, the stain was gone, but they had chipped every one of the mother of pearl buttons and caused several shirt snags and rents. I didn't want to be berated again or have them take a blade to my shirt the next time so I left in defeat.
I'm in tears. This is possibly the most expensive piece of clothing I own and I only wear it for job interviews. I've always treated it very delicately because I don't have the means to replace it. And now it's ruined and I want to cry every time I see my once lovely shirt. This place is horrible. The owner is a terrible human being. Do not bring your business here. Don't get your heart broken like mine.

LOVE my new fall nautical sweater! AND a new tailor spot for my petite legs?? Yes, sign me up!
I had taken my wedding dress to Perfect Fit to get it altered for hemming and bustling and was extremely disappointed when I went to initially pick up my dress. They ended up fixing the hemline for me, but after witnessing how they handled my wedding dress and for peace of mind, I would not recommend them to a bride for dress alterations.
When I went to initially try on my dress, the lady handed the garment bag to me dragging on the ground. When I looked, the garment bag itself has black scuff marks and hair all over the bottom of it from the way it has been handled (dragging on the floor). How was the dress transported and where did it go that it would end up with black scuff marks on the bag?!
When I purchased my wedding dress, the boutique owner had specifically told me to not drag the dress when carrying. I didn't realize as a shop who handles and alters garments (wedding dresses), I would have to explain that to them to not drag it.
When I tried on my dress, I realized the edges of the dress were jagged and frayed from how it was cut. I am NOT commenting on the stitching of it (I understand it matches the stitching of how the dress originally came in), but I'm talking about how the SHAPE of it is uneven. To me it looked like someone took dull scissors and cut through it. The dress itself did not look like that quality when I purchased it and it made it look like from something beautiful and elegant, to cheap and frayed.
Again, I do want to emphasize they fixed it for me and it looks much better now, but the anxiety of initially seeing and thinking about how much money I've spent on it for them to hack away at the dress in the quality it turned out, was anxiety-driving and very stressful to me.
As someone who cherished this dress and was really looking forward to it on my wedding day, I was extremely disappointed to see the quality of work (they're taking bits of the dress away, so it's not like I can just take it elsewhere and ask them to redo it) and how my dress was being handled (dragging around the store).
I give them two stars because they did bustle it and hem it to the length it needed to be. I just wish they would've looked at the quality more before deciding it was completed and would take better care of something that some people consider as precious.
Overall, my experience with them, as a bride, made me feel like not much care was put into the finished product or the item itself, which is of sentimental value to me and I've spent a couple thousands of dollars on (not cheap).

This is a fantastic clothing boutique. Not only are there clothes fabulous but also have a wonderful selection of shoes and yoga wear (especially if you want to look like a fabulous yogis but only dress the part!) The service was exceptional. Amazing store.
They did not call me back like promised , did not do what was asked, and charged me for repairs I did not ask for. Poor English communication made the ordeal very difficult
No hassle and great customer service! On time and professional!
Very professional atmosphere. I have a very small figure and she is able to alter my clothes exactly to my fitting! She's a magical seamstress!!!
I'm absolutely distraught that there are negative reviews for this establishment. We must understand that when someone is from another Country, their dialect/delivery will always be different then what we may be use to. We must take this into consideration and not be so quick to judge. This establishment has no issues giving service to minority or people of color. I'm African American and I've always been treated with respect when I need service. I support P.A. and I'm very appreciative of her hard work and results. The prices are reasonable, for the services she provides. We must remember, "You get what you pay for."

I found Perfect Fit while searching for tailors in Columbia. After a coworker vouched for them, I was confident I would receive adequate service. I was more than impressed. The nice lady there helped me through every step of tailoring an entire outfit. On top of this she was able to accommodate my short notice and didn't charge me an express fee! This experience was quite the relief after being in such a hurry to find something to wear. Thank you Perfect Fit for a pleasant tailoring experience. I will be returning soon to have more items tailored!
