It is conveniently located near River Walk/downtown. Service was friendly and quick. Food quality could be improved. It didn’t have that authentic North Indian flavors/taste. Many of times which were listed on menu wasn’t available. Hygiene could be improved.

I first tried this place with some friends a few months back. I tried a variety of dishes and it was all delicious. I've been wanting to return but I am rarely in the area. Today, I took a trip there and ordered Chicken Curry. It did not disappoint. It was delicious! The prices are a bit pricey for lunch.

The only complaint is parking. There is none. One has to find a parking meter near by. It's tough during the weekday as it's across the courthouse. I'll definitely return but likely order To-go and have someone drive me to avoid parking.

Food was rather bland as in lacking aromatic spices that make indian food special. Chicken in the Chicken Tikka Masala appeared to be precooked chicken breast chopped into cubes. I doubt it ever saw a tandoori as the menu stated. I found a number of pieces of chopped up hot green pepper in the Aloo Motor Gobi. That made it unpleasantly hot and was not an ingredient mentioned in the menu - likely jalapeño. The "mango pickle" was an odd olive drab colored thick paste. I've never had mango pickle served like that. The bathroom was dirty. No alcohol service. I don't recommend this place.

The food was exceptionally good 👍, and the ambiance was good. Unfortunately, there is only 1 person doing the orders, service, and cashier. The restroom needs a serious makeover because all good reviews fall down to just 1 once you have entered the restroom.

Soups were good, the Kabob mix was very bad, when my order was brought to the table, there were no shami/ground meat kabob in the plate, it is nothing similar to the menu picture, chickens were all burnt, I had to send it back, even when its was brought for a second time it was the same. Not recommended.

We had a lot of food here: Lamb curry, Chicken Timka Masala, Garlic and Ginger Chicken, Samosa, Onion Bhujia, Butter Naan and Garlic Naan, and a big serving of basmati rice.

All plentiful, all very flavorful and filling. Amazing Indian food and exactly what I expected. Would come here again and again!

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the food and the portion size. Look here, the price of chicken tikka if 8.99 which basically comes down to 1$ per chicken piece. This should the greatest I have ever invested on a chicken dish. The taste is extremely bland and flavorless. Do not be fooled by the smell. It’s not proportional. The best thing about the dish is the onion which was the only fresh thing on the plate. If you are in San Antonio then please do not visit this restaurant.

Excellent location for authentic Indian food in downtown San Antonio! They have a wide variety of options to choose from with attentive staff, fast service, and affordable prices. I highly recommend this restaurant and will eat here many times again.
