Liji Mary Smithesh the Audiologist of Aster hospital is very rude! She even inserted the equipment on my ear without a single care. I am sick and having difficulty in hearing and the ent Dr. Agish asked me to do the procedure with her! Please take good care of your patient and be nice to us I am hoping you give disciplinary action with your employee! It is even said in your tagline that you will treat us well!! Well, discipline your employee first and if she is not feeling well or going thru something just don’t go to work!

My experience was also further worsened by your doctor (Dr. Agish Mathew). I told him that i am not feeling well and I have trouble hearing them told me to do the audiometry test which is very expensive then when I came back he told me I was ok, I tried to insist that I am not but then he just gave me medication for allergies and blocked nose which I told him I don’t have blocked nose I have trouble hearing. Dr. Agish wouldn’t even listen. Now I have to go to another hospital to get second opinion! Because I really want to get better but you guys with how you treat your patients I don’t really know how your hospital gets license and all.

I attended antenatal class yesterday in preparation for the birth of my first child and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The class was very comprehensive and informative. The instructors provided detailed explanations of the topics that were covered and it really boosted my confidence. I would highly recommend these classes.

Nurse Stephen is very helpful, caring and knows how to deal with all our concern and query. He has good patient handling skills and able to connect to his patient by showing positive attitude.
Hospital facilty is great, rooms are hotel-like, cleanliness is always observed and maintained. Dr. Vishwanath is very professional and a good doctor. Highly recommended hospital. Great work!

I recently underwent thyroid surgery at Aster Hospital, and I cannot praise their team enough for their exceptional care and expertise. Mr. Fred was awesome; he assisted me during all of my hospital visits. He is a friendly and caring person.Mr. Prajeeth's kindness and attentiveness made a significant difference in my recovery journey.

Moreover, the hospital's facilities exceeded my expectations. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious, providing a comforting environment conducive to healing. My friends and family were impressed by the level of care I received at Aster Hospital, further reinforcing my recommendation for anyone seeking prompt recovery and exceptional treatment.

In conclusion, my experience at Aster Hospital was nothing short of outstanding. Aster hospital -nurture Department has given me and my husband a very good overview of pregnancy journey including diets, physio therapy lesson and on general knowledge about pregnancy. They were so kind to invite the mothers for classes and to even give a lil gift at the end of the session. This class has given me so much information and it helped me as a first time mum to be. Excellent hygiene maintained in the patients rooms. Active attending in care and needs when ever needed. Very friendly staff specially the Nurse who treated my daughter Ms. Anitha.

We travelled from afar to try this hospital over other ones that were much closer.

In all, we were there for two hours.
It is a big hospital and so this is perhaps why the waiting time was longer here than other private hospitals.

We came for an appointment at 4.40pm and left at 8.20pm.

The worst part was waiting at the radiology reception. The lady said it would take 10 minutes for our report, but nothing came 30 minutes later and we were left to sit without any update. We stood to enquire behind the customer at the desk, but then she called another customer ahead of us, when she knew that we were unsettled after a long wait with a small child who was hungry and tired. She was very rude. It is the kind of service you’d expect them a public hospital in the villages of a town in a third world country.

Next time, we will just stay local and go to one of the many private hospitals nearby. There are certainly many better choices than Aster and this experience taught me that.
