Security guard was extremely rude because we didn’t know what room our friends were in and he wouldn’t let us check even though other staff said it was ok to walk down the aisle and find them

Nice location, it is on upstairs so you have some stairs to climb. Negative part is you cannot order drinks or foods from your room and have to go back to counter everytime.
A deposit and I'd card also needed which you can collect after your are done.

The counter guy looked and acted as though you murdered his family. Super bad attitude everytime I visit. Also, initially it was charged per room, but he charged us per person as though we’re unaware, don’t come here. Microphones didn’t even have any sanitary measures such as the cap so gross the location around it smells like pee too you cant pay with card too

the place is so run down and sketchy. I honestly second guessed walking in the entrance as we felt unsafe. Rude staff all looked like they didn’t want to be there and made us go to the bank to cash out bc they only accept cash witch may I add is illegal to not accept eftpos. Floors are not clean and no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Don’t bother with buying any drinks either they water them down and are overpriced.

Mega-dodge. Planned an outing here and wish we had planned it elsewhere. The place is run down and the entry is on Factory St. (Maps might take you to Kimberly lane entrance). Required us to bring the full amount in cash plus $50 deposit and had to give a them a license, which we got back afterward. Security guys were rude. The room we were given was way too small for 10 people and all surfaces and chair were sticky. We had to clean the room ourselves. Wouldn’t recommend.

Seriously it i could give NO STARS I would.
Horrible customer service the two men at the front were rude, the manager no better. NO toilet paper in the toilets and when complained they threw a box of tissues at me. And as our time came to an end the security guard kicked our door in and angrily said 'get out, your time is finished" and then locked our friend in the room and expected us to leave her because she hadn't finished her drink.
SERIOUSLY DISGUSTING.

The vibes are terrible. We were polite and excited to do some Karaoke and the staff were just rude without reason (Cliff, I’m looking at you). The drinks are so overpriced and watered down, I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t have any alcohol in them. The floors were stickier than a teenage boys room. And did I mention how rude and uninviting the staff were? Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Super Dodgy place. Despite government regulations ending weeks ago, made us wear a mask, QR code in and provide proof of vaccination for entry - that was not a worry, Group booking was happy to oblige.
However, instead of sighting IDs or scanning them on a designated machine, they then wanted to take pictures of ID on staffs personal camera phones. How do we know what happens with these pictures? Called police, this is not legal practice - staff still refused to let us in.
They deal mostly in cash and the place is so run down. Other people were leaving and telling us to avoid!
