The place is a total scam! It was already suspicious that they ask for password when leaving the phone to repair.
I had a simple broken screen. They charged me for the price of an original, but it was something very bad quality, it broke after one week. And I took really good care of it. Pancerglas and everything.
They supposed to give 1 year guaranty, but of course they will always find an excuse.

Bei meinem PC war Ventilator kaputt. Es hat immer lautere Geräusche gemacht, die auch immer häufiger vorkamen. Mein Bekannter Informatiker meinte, es sollte Ventilator getauscht werden. Ich habe den Laptop zum Newbitcom mitgebracht. Er wurde leider NUR für 65Euro gereinigt. Natürlich hat es nichts geholfen, obwohl ich erzählt hatte, dass es schlimm ist und zu laute Geräusche macht.
Dann kam ich in zwei Wochen wieder vorbei und meinte: der Ventilator muss getauscht werden. Da meinte der Mitarbeiter: es kann bis 3 Wochen dauern bis sie ihn bekommen, weil es so lange mit Bestellung dauert :D und weiß er nicht,ob man den Ventilator überhaupt bekommt!

Never buy a phone here. Bought an iphone 12 and four days later the display wasn’t working and had fallen out of the frame. They wanted to charge me then to replace the display even though the phone had a “guarantee” and was obviously defective when they sold it to me. Total scam. Don’t shop here

Diesen Laden unbedingt meiden! Hier ist alles völlig überaltert, inclusive der Person hinter dem Tresen.
Musste heute diesen Laden betreten, nie wieder!!! Wollte nur ein DPD Paket abholen. Hatte meinen Ausweis leider nicht dabei, war selbstverständlich mein Fehler, das steht außer Frage.
Aber die Belehrung von Herr Ghadamgahi und die aggressive Haltung, war die pure Beschimpfung vor meiner 4 jährigen Tochter. Das primitivste und unprofessionellste Verhalten einem Kunden gegeben über, was ich je erlebt habe. Bin ich froh, dass ich keinen Computerservice benötige.
Gut, das es noch andere Paketshops gibt, die freundlich sind! Ich würde auch noch schlechter bewerten, wenn es ginge. Ich werde dies ebenfalls in meinen Freunden und Bekanntenkreis streuen und vor dem Laden warnen.

My iPad stopped charging and having received the appointment in the official Apple support I arrived on time. The employee looked at my device offered me two options to repair it or exchange it for a new one, and both options cost the same, about 700 euros. I refused both options, as it is only 300 euros cheaper than a new device and went home. At home I just decided to try wiping the contacts in the charging slot and the device started charging.
You could have identified the problem and charged me a reasonable amount, but instead you got a bad review.

Avoid. These people were a nightmare to deal with it - they do not answer email after email after email, sent my computer to my in-person delivery address without even bothering to check it was the same address for mailing (it isn't), and without me signing off on it, and then proceeded not to respond to emails about it after it got lost.
They were also wildly rude in person - one of the guys there obviously has some form of pressing psychological issue and kicked off our conversation by informing me in a rage that he couldn't tell what was wrong with the computer "just by looking at it." I pointed out that this wasn't a service that I or anyone else was asking for (....?). I was dropping off the computer for a diagnosis, and at no point asked him to diagnose it on the spot just by looking at the computer. Of course I wouldn't ask him to do this - why would I? I would want him to open it and see what was wrong. The interaction was so unacceptably absuive that I had to immediately call it to a halt, and ask to speak to another person, explaining to this genetleman that it was unprofessional to treat a customer as a punching bag. This should surely be obvious.
All this was in response to dropping off a computer for a standard repair. Good lord. So much drama, and so much unprofessionalism. These people are a nuisance, take your business elsewhere.

I had an appointment from apple to repair a device here under warranty. I wait for a week for my appointment and then I spend an hour to reach this place so they tell me that the technician is on leave and I need to make another appointment. They could have called or canceled the appointment and for that I wish I can give them less than a star

Super tolle Mitarbeiter ich hatte am 31.10.23 das Problem das meine CPU kaputt gegangen isz wegen einen Unfall und sie haben meinen PC in wenigen Stunden repariert und dazu noch zu einen fairen Preis den ich nicht erahnen konnte. Ich empfehle den Laden sehr und werde auch zukünftig dort mir Tipps und pc zusammen bauen lassen.
Absolut fantastischer Service! War wegen meines MacBook Airs gleich zweimal dort, jedes Mal wurde ich super freundlich empfangen, ausführlich und sehr kompetent beraten. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder!
Have made an appointment via apple services to change battery for the specific device model in that branch. When arrived by appointment time I was declined, because technician cannot do it by the appointment day, and was offered to go to the other store which is 4,5km away.
However, back in 2019 I have brought my Mac to replace the screen by warranty and there was no issues.

Their service is very good, they are patient, they explain each situation thoroughly. They speak English, which was very important for expressing myself. I left my computer with them today and they resolved the problem the same day. I only paid for the service when I picked it up and the price was very good. They close the store at 20 Uhr but they still waited for me to arrive. I highly recommend it! (not to be late, but to close the job with them)
Es war ein sehr komisches Gefühl in den Laden zu gehen. Die Angestellten waren die ganzen Zeit nur am Telefon. Sie haben mich offensichtlich nicht als ernsthaften Kunden wahrgenommen, was ich sehr demütigend fand. Hilfsbereitschaft war nicht wirklich erkennbar.

Vielen herzlichen Dank für eine sehr günstige und hochqualitative Reparatur des iPads Air meiner Nichte, dessen Display von meinem kleinen Neffen beschädigt wurde. Das Personal war freundlich und professionell zugleich wodurch der Schaden zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit wieder wett gemacht wurde. Nun sind bereits über zwei Jahre vergangen und das Gerät läuft nach dem Ersatz des Displayglases immer noch flüssig und einwandfrei wie am ersten Tag der Inbetriebnahme. Somit empfehle ich diesen vertrauenswürdigen und verlässlichen Laden mit gutem Gewissen weiter! Beste Grüße an den alten Besitzer!

I brought them my mobile. It wouldn't charge, so something was wrong with the charging slot. All other functions were in a perfect working order. They fixed it and charged 40 euros.
Ok, but when I tried to use it I found out that the mike didn't work! Again: it was 100% fine before I brought it to this repair's.
So, I took my mobile back to them, and when they were opening the device, they broke the screen!
This time they charged me 20 euros for the mike and 40 euros for the screen and said as it was their fault they wouldn't charge me for the work, just for the replacement. How truly generous!
So, altogether I had to pay 100 euros to repair a phone that costs 120 euros brand new! I said no thank you.
So, the guys are either totally unprofessional or simply dishonest!

Best service couldn’t be happier! No repair shop was able to fix a broken plastic part of my tattoo thermal printer but this place managed the job wonderfully, fast and cheap. RECOMMENDED

Überteuert, inkompetent, dreist! Kam mit defektem Gerät, erhielt Anruf das läge am Speicher. Dreimal so großer Speicher wie verbaut wurde mir angeraten. Als ich sagte, das brauche ich nicht, hieß es, "Sie können weniger haben, aber das kostet genauso viel!" Kinnlade fällt. Ich akzeptiere notgedrungen, hole Gerät eine Woche später wieder ab, installiere alles neu - drei Tage(!) später der exakt gleiche defekt! "Vielleicht liegt's am Mainboard" - VIELLEICHT? Bei Euren Preisen hätte ich da "etwas" mehr Expertise erwartet! KEINE Erstattung für die Fehldiagnose und resultierende dreistellige Rechnung; KEINE Abhilfe für das (vorgebliche) Mainboard-Problem ("Wir können Ihnen das Ding nicht alle drei Tage neu installieren!" - Ja, ICH auch nicht!). War mein letzter Mac, und mein letzter Besuch bei dieser Firma.

I brought my phone back to them for diagnostics, which supposed to be done in a day. It took a whole week, I was trying to call them they were just not accepting my calls, neither answering to my emails, and when I could catch them I was hearing a lot of excuses. Finally they told me that I should pay additional money (when on their website it was mentioned that it'll be under warranty) as something was damaged because of water, and it's not related to screen when obviously the problem was the screen and I had no incident with water as I'm working all day in the office. But still as I needed my phone back asap, I was like ok, do it. I paid 60EUR, they did fix only the screen without FaceID. Also after the last repair I noticed that my battery started to work so bad, so it's just working for 4-5 hours and goes quickly to 0.
Now It has passed 2 weeks and my phone has just got completely dead. The worst service I have ever got in my life.

Toll !!!! Hab mein Handy mit kaputtem Bildschirm um 17:30 mitgebracht, und um 20:00 war es wie neu für nur 70 euro !! Jetzt ist es eine Woche später und alles ist perfekt ! Super gute Arbeit, vielen Dank

Meine Geschichte ist einfach zu lang...aber einmal und nie wieder.eine einzige Folge von Inkompetenz .ich hab zirka 8 Stunden damit verbracht an Wartezeiten.
Ohne am Ende einen neuen Akku in meinem Handy zu haben. ich wurde permanent verarscht.

I have given my mobile to glue my display which went off a fall. It took around 3 days to fix as the display got damaged while gluing back. But they replaced it without any additional payment. It costed me only 15€. So, economical.

Left my laptop there on a Saturday night not functioning. Picked it up on Monday working perfectly. Very reasonable price and nice staff. What's the catch? You have to pay the price with no guarantee it will work, that's why its so cheap. I'm very happy I found this place!

After 5 years, the battery of my iPhone SE (1st gen) was not working well anymore and I was already worried I might need to get a new phone. Found this shop, called to see if I could pass by any time (I could), went there, took 20-30 minutes for them to replace the battery (waited there, was even offered some coffee) and put on a new protective sheet for the display. Paid less than 30 € for another few years of having my phone, three months warranty. Really nice guy, fast, professional, and good value.
I had a very good experience with them, super friendly staff and very expert with a affordable price. For any other device issue I go back there for sure. Totally recommend !

After about 10 months the battery failed and swelled up. I contacted the shop and after they ignored me for some time I went to the shop in person. They claimed the guarantee was only for 6 months, also claiming apples policy is also only for 6 months (I later found out on apple’s website that they guarantee their macbook pro batteries for one year). In the end the shop said they would only replace the battery if I paid 50 euros more.
I ended up going to a different shop and getting a higher quality battery, with a one year guarantee and for only 9 euros more. Lesson learned and I would not recommend this shop at all.

Be careful guys, I bought used Iphone in there and forgot to ask to log out from Apple ID (honestly I thought it’s obvious must be done). But since than sellers haven’t told me the password (I was asking for 1 year) and after update the phone became blocked, a useless stone.

Sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Verbaute ohne Ankündigung eine gebrauchte 160GB HDD Festplatte, obwohl sie einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Wer benutzt heuzutage noch so eine alte Festplatte. Als ich das Gespräch suchte, wurde der Mann gleich stinkig. Musste dafür 120,00€ zahlen. Bitte macht einen großen Bogen um den Laden.
My computer fell and didn't work anymore, so I brought it to this shop, they opened it and told me that my hard disk was just loose and not broken, so they fixed it in 5 minutes and asked for a free tip (I gave 10 €)

Awesome! Not the first time they took care of my phone. I only went there to get my ear speaker cleaned. Stayed for a longer chat and was given the opportunity to warm up a little on a freezing day in Berlin. Great service overall and very friendly staff!!
Beitrag 04/22 aktualisiert, da laut Antwort unten eingefügter Antwort der Laden inzwischen einen neuen Besitzer hat, was ich jedoch nicht nachprüfen kann. Vor ca. einem Jahr hatte ich eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht: der Einbau eines neuen Akkus in ein Samsung-Tablet dauerte viel zu lange, anschließend funktionierte das Gerät nicht mehr. Wegen der katastrophalen Parkplatzsituation in der Hermannstraße bin ich nicht nochmals hingefahren. Da der Laden nach wie vor den gleichen Namen trägt, lasse ich die Rezension stehen - sonst müssten ja auch die alten positiven Rezensionen gelöscht werden.
This is so far the best Handy Reparatur I have been in Berlin! They are super friendly, they give you a honest opinion and can repair your device within a day. Also, in terms of value are very fair! Plus, they speak good English :) Highly recommended!

bought a 2014 macbook pro for 650€. was literally scammed the inside was messy with oil and coffee, clutch hinge cover was defect + owner accused me of breaking it. all three employees group together against you alone in the store (amazing experiences). I called him to ask, if he would clean and fix it. Even when I bought it at his place, I should pay for this as a new additional service. Thus product was sold under false circumstances, they wont refund in any way, and they will fix nothing if your product is not what it supposed to be, or gets a new defect unless you pay for it.
In conclusion. do not go here. there are far superior services throughout berlin, that will also respect your opinion and value as a customer. + everything here costs 10-20% more, because they sell it to ppl who dont read google reviews that were not faked, or dont know much about the products (i had to teach them something too).

Ich hatte meinen PC zur Reparatur dort abgegeben. Der Fehler wurde schnell identifiziert und behoben. Der PC war sogar einen Tag früher fertig als geplant. Der Preis was angemessen.

I went there with my laptop. I went there with a small problem (fan not working) looking for a replacement. They wanted to charge me for 100 euros!, 30 for the fan (I checked in the internet is 18 euros) and 70 for the job ( when the normal price is 30 tops)because "they need to open the computer to fix it" O_0 genius.... like that was extra work for a computer repair shop...not something you have to do everytime pffff.
Finally I went home, check a video on the internet of how to change the fan, open the laptop (easy eeeasy) and discover that the problem was a big ball of dust inside of the fun.... reading the other comments I am afraid they would have charge me for any other invented provlem.
