I don't know what happened to the cashiers worked there. There are always 2-3 cashiers. But, lately there's only 1-2 registers open. The absent-minded new cashier forgot to take off 10% on 2 items that I purchased. How disappointing! Please train new employees to pay attention to the details. IT WAS NOT busy time of the day. I am always looking for sale items. As I am on tight budget. Not good!

When I got off the train and went up the escalator, there are a group of blue vested scammer/solicitor who are trying sell rip-off tickets white hanging around checking out vulnerable tourists. One middle-aged with dread locks is very CREEPY. wearing shorts exposing skin.

A middle-aged, plump short man who is perhaps a maintenance/cleaning worker on the 1st floor said, Get the (explosive) off at me. And, called me a dragetory name with a foreign accent. He always says something to me almost every day during the morning commute 7:30 -8:00am. He thinks he knows me because he always say something to me. I don't pay attention and ignore him. He started to get angry. I don't owe a stranger s thing. This individual needs to shift focus elsewhere. I don't notice him and don't pay attention. He became agitated when I don't notice and I accidentally passes in front of the seat he was sitting on the subway train. UNFORTUNATELY, I must commute the exact route and the same time I have to be somewhere. So, he thinks he knows me. I don't want to be noticed and do not wish to be the focus of his attention.

Why did I have to wait in line when she sees me I had nothingt to buy?
Why can I check the price before I decide to buy? Please let potential customers alone. Let me shop in peace.

Be cautious when you deal with particularly notorious 'crazy' cat ladies, especially Ellen who is INCREDIBLY RUDE, problematic, condescending.

I remember Nora from Anjellicle at Petco lied and told me that there was no public restroom at the basement of Petco. When I asked her if there was a restroom as we were both going to the restroom. She told me to go across the street at Tjmaxx to use the restroom there. Because she and I both wanted to use the restroom at the same time. So lame! Later, an employee of Petco had no problem telling me Petco indeed has a rest room, which was what I thought!
