Did a Sunday Brunch; just a party of 2 around noon. We did the $30 bottomless for 1.5 hrs. The drinks were good and the staff kept our glasses full. Brunch was delicious. The DJ played great tunes from the 90s to today’s current music. For brunch I did the shrimp with grits and it was very filling. My cousin had the chicken nachos. I’m definitely coming back for the chicken nachos!!! A little confusion was at the front desk with the hostess. Nothing that could have ruined the experience (it was a beautiful sunny day) but… I think it needs to be clear on how the host responds to questions from guest, and also if someone books a reservation and the policy is “you can be sat outside or indoors; based on what we decide when you arrive…” then specify that with guest during the reservation phase. You can not expect anyone to just accept you sitting them outdoors against their will; and the weather is also crisp because it’s autumn. The outdoors was not heated so be very clear on the policy upfront. Other than that minor hiccup, the entire experience was a cool vibe. Welcoming, and it was great to see so many familiar faces from the community. ~ Tiffany

I stopped in yesterday afternoon (6/18.) The staff is really nice at this location and they are also very helpful. It was fairly busy and the line moves extremely slow. Many of items were already out of stock when I arrived; however, it was a Sunday. Weekends are busy days to shop and great items sell out fast. Especially luxury & quality goods for less. I had no issues at check out besides how slow the line moved. I would definitely return and I would recommend this location. Probably a better time to stop in would be during the weekdays. 4.5/5⭐️~ Tiffany

Stopped by on yesterday (6/2); and I will say that this mall is super clean. Also, this mall is a great “to go” location for all of my traditional shops that I order from often. The restrooms were clean and the customer service was on point in every store I stopped in. 4/5 because the elevator was out of service and so were some of escalators (including the main level of Macy’s.) It’s important to have an operating elevator in case a wheelchair or elderly needs to access it while shopping. Other than that it was a good experience and I will return again soon to stop by a few shops I didn’t have time for during my brief visit. Best, - Tiffany ⭐️
