An exceptional experience, so much so it was our second visit in 3 days. The 10% discount for a second visit came as a total bonus.

A lovely welcome, spotlessly clean, fantastic staff (arguably my best ever massage) and in our opinion incredible value.

If you're undecided about which Hammam and massage experience you're looking for then definitely give these lovely people a try, you'll not be disappointed.
I was quite nervous about my first hammam experience but the staff were very relaxed and caring. It was wonderful. A good balance between feeling authentic but still high quality and quite luxurious
We visited as a group after being recommended by our tour guide. We were split into gender: 2 men in one room, 2 women in one room, and 2 women in one room. The place was incredibly clean, everyone was very lovely and professional, and our skin felt amazing when we came out. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Will definitely come back if ever in Morocco again!
Highly recommend! The staff are all very lovely, greeted us with warm smiles. I had the Mythic classic treatment and loved every minute of it! My skin is now super soft and it was a relaxing experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit. 5 stars
Felt a bit run of the mill. Wash you with strangers, in a bit of a line-up process and then move you to private room. The massage was so soft that I barely felt her hands. Didn't feel like 1.5 hrs either. It's great for the experience if you've never done a bath house, but definitely not the best I've had, especially for the price. 70 euros in South Korea, France or USA would have gotten me at least a massage that felt like I was refreshed.
This was an excellent hammam and massage. The setting was luxurious, the treatments were professional and very relaxing. It was a very different experience from the no-frills massage I had in Tamraght, though I did enjoy both. My one regret is flying Ryanair as I was unable to bring home any of the fabulous products available for sale. I'll have to go back again!
Definitely pricey and the welcome staff is either not friendly or know limited English - I couldnt figure it out. Staff is skilled. Process moved fast. Book in advance. Very accessible. Restaurants near by should you want to grab food after the treatment! The facility was clean but small. Recommended when in Marrakesh.
Very good and nicely decorated Hamam! Kind personnell! They did a great job!
Can recommend!
One thing I told the manager already are the massage beds: the hole used for the face did not fit well and felt uncomfortable. They should improve this!
Great experience, nice massage and hammam. Also very honest people, we forgot a necklace in the locker and they drove threw half of the city to bring it to us, and didn't even take any money for that
Really nice service and workers. Loved my massage, facial, and foot care. Extremely relaxing. I didn’t feel quite clean after the hammam though, I think it could’ve been done a bit harder and with more product. A bit expensive overall, but I enjoyed it and appreciate how they’re open so late.
Pros:
- customer service is good at the beginning.
- nice tea
- welcoming and warm waiting area
- appears to be clean and fitting with a traditional riad setting.

Cons:
- cold rooms
- unprofessional massage
- no clear direction of who is the masseuse, where to put your belongings and no disposable shorts provided.
- rooms are not very nice or welcoming and the hygiene is also questionable.
- the beds are really uncomfortable

Overall, far better places to go for a hamam and massage in Marrakech.
Amazing experience of hammam + Massage full body. Very chilled and well organized. Recommended!
Please don’t make the mistake to come to this really average place for you Hammam you get treated like you’re a pain and they don’t care about customer care. They rushed us so much and I felt like I was in a prison where I had to follow orders because I was being tortured. The service was terrible and felt like they were trying to cut corners n especially the lady at the reception was the worst with her tone. We had made special requests before when we booked and none of these were taken into account. Our grind had to wait 30 mins because they couldn’t accommodate all of us at the same time. It was a very poor experience seeing that there are so many Hammam options available closer. But we went on the good reviews from before so we thought it was worth it. But don’t make the same mistake to go as far as we did for this. It was just an average experience n though we were many of us and they earned so much from us they made us feel as if we were getting everything for free n doing us a favour but let me tell you nothing was free. We felt so unwelcome n wouldn’t ever go there again even if it was free. Also I’m not one to write negative reviews but this was definitely not it.
The best Hammam and massage in Town.
I went with my husband and we felt cuddled fromt he first step in this hammam. They allowed us to take an amazing and real break from the chaos of the medina!
It is quite expensive with respect other hammam, but i can ensure you that it worth it because we tried also other
Fabulous visit. Probably the best spa experience I've ever had. It was indeed very relaxing. Both me and my boyfriend enjoyed it. I even fell asleep after the massage. Especially the big contrast between the outside and inside. We stayed for 2 hours. But in hindsight would have maybe liked to stay more. I would definitely come back and recomend it to other people
It was a decent experience, the hosts at the start were super friendly but the massage ladies made us feel uncomfortable because they would giggle among themselves, and that is extremely unprofessional
Best spa in Marrakech - unlikely. Beautiful place, pools are not heated, the mud treatment is bad, and the communication leaves one wondering: how long will they keep me in this dark room, pool, or should I leave the changing room? It’s an uncoordinated labyrinth of zen beauty.

This hammam 🧖‍♂️ was awesome we went 3 times and it was amazing the quality and care, products, the scrub or even the ambiant sound were top notch.

Please do tip the personnel the dont be make a lot of money(less than 30€ a month)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We took a package service of detox hammam plus massage! Was super relaxing starting with moroccan tea. The ladies were really nice. Both during hammam and the massage.

I requested for soft to medium pressure and I had no complaints during the massage.
Just a heads up, we didnt know that we had to ask for shower after massage before hand. We didnt want to go out in the sun with the oil but unfortunately the shower area was occupied. So better to inform early on.

Otherwise just the best experience! Worth the 700 dhs!
A day of pure bliss 💆🏼‍♀️
Try to ignore the area it's in, as once you inside it's a peaceful haven.
We found this a lot cheaper than other spas.
We had a hamman, facial & massage, all 3 were amazing!
One of the best spots in Marrakesh...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent Spa experience. We choose to visit the highly rated Spa and left super relaxed and satisfied. We booked the signature 2 including 2h and two treatments of choice. We decided for Hammam an and Massage. It was a delight. Super professional staff and therapist. It was a calm and shooting experience from the moment we stepped a foot in this oasis. Make sure to arrive 40min early because you will get the possibility to enjoy a swimming in their amazing pool area, only accessible 30min prior to the treatments. We did and got served some fresh water and a mint tea. If you get the chance to spend some hours away from the hustle and bustle of the souks, i can recommend you les Bains de Marrakech. Make sure you make a reservation early enough, they are likely to be fully booked in advanced. Great place for over 20years.
Of the three days I spent there, The staff were very unprofessional. They actually told other guessed my personal information, my legal name And where I had landed from, as if I don't understand Arabic. They're so unprofessional and it's such a scam. I must put the positives. It is quiet, beautiful, and peaceful if you don't need to interact with the staff, you will enjoy 😊

The staff members treat that villa As if it's their own private house, and you are invading their space unless they think you are Moroccan or worthful.

After 96 countries and hundreds of hotels, I've never experienced such madness, where they change the quality and price as they feel.

If you have no need to engage withe staff please do not. It's in the middle of nowhere and there are several teams of people who show up every 12 hours. Please never order the pizza which made my son very sick the Prices changed per hour..There is one team that were the least disrespectful. The Eunice and Fatima. Yes, the grounds are beautiful, The staff Presented themselves so unwelcoming, Most of the staff went out of their way to tell me that I and my family were not welcomed.
So unwelcomed Unless you are Moroccan or French. Make sure that your skin tone is appropriate for them. I've never felt so disrespected by the lack of professionalism of them. Was the most horrific experience of my life, and I've traveled so far to 96 countries.
You can actually review there reviewers or visitors of that place about their bizarre money practices and their bizarre behavior.

Simply put, they know that you're in the middle of nowhere. They know that you are new, and they know that they can take full advantage. Example: anywhere in Morocco, you can get a plate of food. From 1€to €5 I respect the hustle. There, you will pay £15 and €50.+ for food.
Water is £2.5 And if you're bringing any liquids from outside, they will charge you a corking fee, £15 never heard of that.
They make sure that there is no refrigerator nothing in your room, so you must spend your money there, which all items are outrageously priced I respect the hustle.

It was less about the Money and more about the disrespect and the unprofessionalism of the staff.

The staff great warmly the people who speak their language. In the morning at breakfast, they go to those who look like them and ask. What do you want and then they just leave you sitting there, and then if you call them, they look at you as if we're annoying them.
I've never taken so much time to send a post a review.

The grounds receive a full 5 star. The staff received a full 0 star. And if you're spending time somewhere, the staff makes your environment. A 10 or a
0.
Positive the pool is amazing, the grounds are amazing, and it's the cleanest place I've seen
Example: I was quoted £5 for a beer or a glass of wine. And then when I go and check my bill at £6. I respect the hustle.

If you're coming from a country where you Have a full breakfast of meat, eggs, potatoes, bread, and care. This is not the place you will have a breakfast of breads, jams cakes
and Honey maybe.

£2.5 for a bottle of water, tea or coffee. £30 for 2 Tagine.
There is so much more I could log here, yet, you actually read all the reviews which I did not.
Wonderful experience excellent value. Spotlessly clean and lovely staff
A beautiful hotel with a staff friendly professional, and always ready to assist. The whole experience has been a amazing. The personal was so polite and caring.
The rooms are clean and large with high ceilings, lovely decor and cushy beds that are pure white and soooo comfort!!! I do recommend this hotel, I will go back and ask for the same room!!
This hotel is a true gem, offering a remarkable stay that exceeds expectations. The moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with elegance and a warm welcome. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing haven after a long day of exploration. The staff is attentive, going above and beyond to ensure your every need is met. The hotel amenities are top-notch, from the rejuvenating spa to the well-equipped fitness center. The location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect choice for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
An absolutely must visit for your Marrakesh experience! We tried out a few other Hammams & Spas in Marrakesh, but no on came close to the Heritage Spa. The location, the hammam feels authentic and is so beautifully kept. It also has AC. Antonina, our host there is a diligent lady and walked us through the whole experience and helped us choose a treatment that would fit our need the best. They gave us wonderful oils that we could choose from for the spa experience. Everyone of the staff was very nice, but we fell in love with Raja, she was so likable and had a strong hand. We got a wonderful Hammam spa experience with Facial massage, leg and foot massage and a hot herbal bag massage. Everything is recommendable. They didn’t rush us out and let us stay until our taxi came. The soaps we got as a souvenir at the end were the hit! All in all - a wonderful experience through and through! We went back a second time, they recognized us and we’re extra kind.
A beautiful and wonderful hotel. One of the most beautiful and wonderful, even the best hotel ever. Beautiful and comfortable furniture. Equipped with the latest comfort technologies. Wonderful reception. I recommend everyone to visit it. ,+ We are proud of this beautiful place, which is considered one of the best hotels in Africa
I prefer to visit this hotel in Marrakesh because of its appearance, which has a distinctly Moroccan character, and it also provides a good location with great security.
I absolutely loved this hotel due to its Moroccan style. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the beds were spotless. The elegant architecture of the building and the decor were a delight. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which greatly enhanced our stay. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed delicious dishes at every meal. I highly recommend giving it a try.
Lovely place to chill and lounge. A bit hard to find. The restaurant is round the corner from the hotel but looks like a retail clothes shop from outside. If you find a large yellow camel at the entrance then you are at the restaurant. Loads of steps up to the roof terrace. Better to reserve for dinner. They have 2 slots for dinner 7.30pm and then 9.30pm. Their cocktails are very refreshing in the blazing heat. Complimentary nuts and olives with your drink.
We arrived 30 min late for our appointment and they still made exception and took us in! Thank you!The hammam was excellent but the room we stayed in to “recover” and enjoy min water and cookies was a bit stuffy. We’d come back again :)
Wow, this hotel blew my mind.
Our room had 3 floors: living room, bedroom, and a plunge pool at the top floor.
It felt safe and private. The hotel grounds are stunning. Everywhere we looked, there was a beautiful photo opportunity.
Even inside the SPA, very worth visiting for photos.
Service was excellent. On our last day, as we were leaving before 6am, they arranged breakfast at our room which was super convenient. I'll never forget about this experience at the Royal Mansour.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.
Amazing experience
Staff super polite and professional, both in the bath and in the massage. Ismael was super friendly when we arrived. I definitely recommend!
My stay at the Royal Mansour Marrakech hotel was an unforgettable experience. This establishment is a true oasis of luxury in the heart of Marrakech. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality. The rooms were sumptuous, every detail carefully thought out to provide absolute comfort.
I will come back see you soon
My stay at the Royal Mansour Marrakech was nothing short of perfection. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with exceptional service and attention to detail. The hotel's luxurious amenities, beautiful surroundings, and impeccable staff made my stay truly memorable. I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience.
Back in June we had such a experience at Heritage Spa! We were a party of four, 2 couples and we did the hammam and massage combo and it was beyond perfect! The ladies were absolutely amazing and did a great job. In between the hammam and massage you are served tea which was a nice in between break. The spa was very clean and the staff were great!
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this most difficult time. I hope everyone is safe from the earthquake?
Praying for you all.
David
One of the best and also one of the most beautiful Spa retreats I have done… we (both my daughters and me) have chosen the combination of a traditional hamam, a massage and a facial. Just book it and enjoy 🙏🏼.
We went to the restaurant, at first they send us upstairs without further instructions to tell us there was no space available (although we had a reservation). After the whole staff was gathered they understood that we wanted to have lunch on the reservation. We met the grumpy waiter, who wasn’t really looking at us while making the order but at the nature around us. When the food arrived the lamb burger was as dry as the dessert and the fish and chips undercooked. We have been in Marrakech for 3 days now we really recommend Le Jardin and associating restaurants NOT El Fenn!!!
I am on vacation and my brother and I took a reservation and did not receive the treatment a customer deserves and we did not enter because I was wearing shorts.

Bad costumer service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Great rooftop. Really nice vibe, returned 3 times whilst in Marrakech.

The food was not the best, but the drinks are good (bit expensive, but expected for alcohol in Marrakech).

We went in the afternoon/evening for sunset but I’m sure it’s beautiful all day. Would definitely recommend a visit.
My friend and I experienced the hammam, 4-handed massages and facials. We loved it all!
The staff is so kind and caring. They go out of their way to help you relax and unwind.
We did this on our last full day in Marrakech and it was perfect.
After days of walking in the heat and being very active, this was exactly what we needed.
Super clean too.
I loved my experience at Heritage Spa! We did the hammam and massage combo and it was perfect! The ladies were so sweet and did a great job! In between the hammam and massage you are served tea which was a nice in between break. The spa was very clean and the staff were great!
Great location. Enter from outside the Kasbah/medina wall. I went there for lunch and drinks. I had the lamb burger which was delicious! The gin and tonics were great. Very pleasant on the second floor terrace which also includes a swimming pool.
Truly stunning location. We came here to just experience the rooftop bar, the drinks are beautifully presented and the staff are very courteous.

The location is ideal, you get a good view of the city and the parasols ensure that you are well shaded.
Merci 🙏🏻
We had the best experience in this traditional Hammam place. We were treated like a King and Queen ( we are not even joking when we say that) . From the Hammam bath to the massage afterwards . They really took good care of us , especially Saeda who is so good with body massaging , she puts so much love and gentle care in what she does. This probably is the best I had so far. No minute wasted .
Had a relaxing evening lounging on the roof top bar with great snacks and even better service. What a lovely place and excellent staff. Can recommend the red bean burger from the Bar menu which was delicious. Will be back when we can.
Visiting from the USA, I have never had such a luxurious and relaxing spa experience in my life and I am REALLY wishing there was a such thing in the USA. I particularly do not like steam rooms nor do I like any type of environment in which it is overly warm, so I opted to have the steam turned off for the treatment. For me, it was a better option, the staff were very accommodating by shutting off the steam and it was PERFECT. It was like taking a shower, laying down, while someone else did all of the work! Soaping, sloughing and putting on a treatment type mask while I literally just laid there and relaxed. Then, I had a 90 minute massage which was pure heaven. In between, my husband and I joined back up in the lounge for some delicious green tea. Every person/employee we came into contact with was welcoming, friendly and extremely good at their job. It was INCREDIBLY inexpensive so we were sure to give each person an additional 100drh (for us, that was $10) I would fly back to Morocco just to go back to this place!
Very upscale and nice spa in the middle of Marrakech. There's a lot of packages to choose from and we went for the Mythic dream which I highly recommend. The hammam was a bit rough but you definitely feel relaxed afterwards. The messages and the facials were lovely and we even got treated with lemon water and tea.
Stunning grounds by the pool that you could spend all day by — you’d be hard-pressed to find pools like this elsewhere. Great traditional hammam service that served our party of three in one room, plus soothing facials and massage. A must-visit overall.
Wonderful atmospheric place for a drink and a bite to eat in a great location. The interior design is exquisite and the terrace has a marvellous view. The drinks are divine and the food delicious. The warm welcome and attentive service made my visit extremely enjoyable. Louis is lovely and has a natural gift of putting people at ease. I was rather fried from the heat of the afternoon sun upon my first visit. Before I knew it I had the best lemonade I’ve ever tasted in my hands and a nice relaxing chair, I was revived in no time. I returned for dinner a few days later and had a superb meal. I honestly couldn’t have wished for more. I love this place. Bravo Louis and co!
My husband and I had the 3hour experience consisting of Hammam, mud and massage..
Best experience ever.

The team is very friendly and professional
Fantastic spa in the heart of the city nestled in a really luxurious hotel.

Service was five star from the moment till we arrived till they sent us off in a cab.

Come early and experience the gardens first for they are great to behold.

Futuristic ambience is quite unique to experience.

Overall a great time and would come again.
First of the all I’d like to say the building and the interior of this spa is incredible, it’s amazing and very beautiful. However the services were not to match it sadly. The staff seem quite unprofessional, not qualified hardly can speak English also the booking system is very poor , you can’t book over the phone ? The hamam it’s self was very good , one of the best ones I have had, however the massage was a real let down, the masseuse seems like she didn’t know what she was doing ? She seems
Quite inexperienced I asked for deep tissue and this is not what I got! Great atmosphere but terrible service provided . Not what I expect for the amount of money I paid unfortunately.
Very good relaxing massage , welcoming customers in a very respectful way , the girls are very polite and make their job to let you feel very relaxing , the style is classic Moroccan style , when finishing massage they take you to nice relaxing room . I strongly advise visiting this place .
The staff almost didn’t spoke english. Very rough treatment without any intros or advises on the treatment steps. For that high price too less.
The best Hamam and spa experience I ever had.

It was our last day in Marrakesh and zainab helped us to book the experience despite last minute request. When we arrived at spa, we found I book Hamam only and not hamam + massage. Sarah, the on site manager told us that we are fully booked but we told her that we are flying back today so she accommodated us. She was very kind and looked after us so well. Every staff member we met there was amazing. Saleema, Khadija and Bushra were super stars with Sara and Zeneb.

The whole experience with family made memorable ending of our trip, and I can’t wait to get back here again.

My 10 yo daughter got 30 minute massage, and she loved it. Plus the cookies we had there after spa was one of the best I ever had.

Flawless services and best experience.

Thanks to the sraff !
Lovely couples massage, booked it only a few days before
Merci, vraiment !
I chose the signature 3 treatment "The Timeless" and trust me it was indeed timeless you'll enjoy every moment from the mud treatment to the massage. Thank you for this beautiful experience and last but not least the staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. Definitely going back
One of the best meals I have had in a very long time. A beautiful garden and impeccable service
5 star experience. From the moment you walk through the gates, you’re welcomed with smiley faces and the service is excellent. Incredible hammam and decor. Customer service is great. You can lounge at the pool too. Had a great time.
Leaving a review for the rooftop bar. First of all, the experience of walking up the circular stairs to get to the bar itself is quite fun. Once you're there, the bar itself is quite spacious, including regular tables, cabana-like areas and pool chaises. It was quite hot the day we were there, so we sat in the shade, so I would recommend considering where you want to sit according to the weather when you go. We ordered a few refreshing cocktails and some meals for a late lunch, both quite decent. Great experience overall, would recommend this as a location to relax and recharge.
Can't highly recommend this highly enough, I got deep relaxation massage and the masseuse was beyond great! First 45 mins was the exfoliating etc where they shower you lying down and 1 hour for the massage. In between they offer you Moroccan tea, water and some biscuits (so good). Can't wait to come back again! The spa is located in narrow alleyway but it's safe.
Incredible hammam experience! Would recommend to all those visiting. You get a good mix of pool time, hammam, scrub etc. Only downfall was the massage as the masseuse sneezed on me and kept going. I had a shower after so that was fine and otherwise loved the experience!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience here! Ouafa and her staff were wonderful and ensured our comfort. The place itself is beautiful, the steam room and massage rooms are very nice and private. Best massage we have ever had.
Al and Sandra 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at this spa. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable. The whole Hammam was totally relaxing and you felt very comfortable. Couples are welcome here and the employees were incredibly friendly. I would always come back again!
I had high hopes for this spa due to the good reviews and even my partner who went the day before had a good experience there. The premises are lovely and clean. Very dark and atmospheric. I had the 120 minute hammam and massage package. The hammam was a good experience. Lots of cleansing and scrubbing in warm, well presented rooms. The massage - if you can call it that - was very lackluster. The lady was more interested in listening to the podcast or audible book she had playing on her headphones than doing a decent job. It was probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. Also I had at maximum 80 minutes of treatment and the package was meant to be 120
Minutes. My partner did get around 120 minutes of treatment however so must be luck of the draw. Overall left feeling a bit ripped off. Also I didn’t get tea like other people said they got.
Massage and staff were great
We had really great massage experiences. I had a 30 minute foot massage and my wife the 40 minute neck, shoulder, and feet. Incredibly relaxing.

Remember to bring cash. Dirham or euro. I didn’t know and paid by combination of dirham and US$. After I left, they called me to come back because they said they couldn’t exchange my $50 US bill because it was too old. Or was sort of a pain but they were nice people.

The place is a little off the main part and tricky to find. But not a big issue.
the perfect place to let all your stresses and worries melt away @kosy.spa .
don't forget to relax this weekend 🤔.
Spa Royal Mansour is incredible! Professional staff with attention to every small details, an experience not to miss! You will feel light and relaxed after a hammam treatment! A must
One of the most strikingly beautiful places not only in Morocco but in most places I’ve travelled to in the world. A must visit if you do not stay there as a guest. The architecture and detail in interior design is magnificent
We were picked up from our hotel around 5am in order to catch the sunrise and it was very beautiful 😍

It was so worth waking up that early and enduring the cold. I was very nervous when we lifted at first, but once we have rose above the clouds it became very warm and I was calmer given that we couldn't see the ground anyone more.

This activity crossed out a line on my bucket list.

Everyone should experience hot air ballooning at least once in their lives.

The service was really good. They provided warm tea and warm blankets before the 'flight' and then food after we landed. The food was cold though, but understandably so.

The personnel were friendly and gave adequate instructions for the activity, especially, the landing.
Ask for Fatima!! We did not speak the same language but she understood everything I wanted.
Being my first experience at a Hammam, I was a little nervous about what to expect. Total professionalism is what I got, and Fatima got me comfortable and relaxed immediately!
I was greeted with tea, showed where to change, and they have lockers to keep your belongings in. I kept the key with me the entire time, so no worries about my things being safe.
The Hammam room was a comfortable temperature hot for me. The water was also nicely hot, but not scalding. The tension melted away the longer I stayed in the room. I was completely relaxed before I even went up for my massage!
Fatima also did my full body hour massage and she was amazing at this as well! She adjusted her pressure to my liking and I never felt uncomfortable.
The whole place was clean, every room decorated nicely, and I never felt rushed to change, get up, leave, etc.
I left relaxed and feeling amazing! 100% would recommend!!
Surprisingly underwhelming.

This review is for the spa inside the La Mamounia hotel. Some of the other reviews below were incorrectly written here but intended for the hotel.

Was excited to come here after hearing about the long-standing reputation of the hotel. My wife and I got their Daypass to come use the spa, pools, and have lunch.

The spa has a nice indoor and outdoor pool. Those are the only good things. The indoor hot tub was not hot enough. Tried to take some photos inside the indoor pool area but an attendant said only hotel guests can take photos- guests with day passes can’t take photos. That has never happened to me at any other hotel in the world before, not even at The Royal Mansour which I had went a few days prior. The change room was small and didn’t feel luxurious. The lockers were half-sized so you couldn’t hang up your clothes. There was also only one hanger and no hooks or other cubbies.

In terms of the treatment, my wife and I have gone to 5 star hotels for massages all over the world. The massage treatment here was also surprisingly bad. The masseuses were poorly trained and lacked any attention to detail or care. My wife and I had both booked massages so they asked if we wanted to be in same room. We said sure. To start with, they asked if the music was ok when there wasn’t any music playing. There was no health questionnaire which other spas do. They also didn’t ask about areas to focus on. There was no option about massage oils/scents. The most annoying thing though was that throughout the massage they kept whispering to each other and making hand gestures to each other, which we could feel when their hand stopped the massage. In addition to this, they massaged our feet and then afterwards attempted to massage our head and face without washing their hands first. Overall, a really terrible experience and terrible vibe from the staff. Poorly trained. Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel.

Go to Royal Mansour instead.
Recomendable.
This spa is the most instagrammed and best spa in Morocco. Owned by the king and used to house his guests. The entire team are the best you can find. Very courteous and smiling always. This property is out of this world and affordable too. They cater for cancer patients too. It us a MUST to visit this place. It's an experience that cannot be explained. You are treated like a queen.
Nice spa shame you have to go our and down all of the stairs through the bar. When there twice once for a Hammam and once for a massage both nice and got to hang around in the pool. Need towels in the changing room cost 450D for Hammam clean and staff nice. Mint tea by pool was nice.
Beautiful settings and wonderful Hammam!
A beautiful Oasis inside Marrakech. Wonderful service surrounded of the best Moroccan architecture. The Mamounia massage is a must if you want to relax your body.
One of the highest rated hotels in Africa, ala. Morocco, by Conde Nast Traveler magazine voting by travelers. Having been there, I wholeheartedly concur. Amenities, ambience, history are rarely matched anywhere. Of course, the prices are stratospheric as well.
