I liked the hotel.
We lived on the third floor. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is very good and varied. Room cleaning every day, thank you. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided in the room.
Large TV, comfortable bed. The room is quiet.
I definitely recommend it.
Sincerely, Svitlana

Wonderful room. For those that care about water pressure and having a nice shower, this was among the best hotels I've visited. The breakfast buffet is great and easily worth the money to add to your room rate. Great location, literally a two minute walk from the U bahn.

Only downside, and it was kind of a big one, was the lack of working elevators. Seems only one or two were working at a time. During breakfast and evenings this meant either an uncomfortable number of people in one elevator or waiting sometimes 10 plus minutes to use the elevator. Hopefully this is fixed soon, otherwise five stars.

Fantastic luxury hotel in the perfect location for a very reasonable price. The Metro is literally 100 steps from the front door. The location (Friedrich Strasse and Unter den Linden) is iconic. The Staatsoper, the Komische Oper, the Museum Island, shops, restaurants, and the Brandenburg Tor are all within walking distance.

The hotel itself has everything. I stayed in a smaller Garden Room, but they offer everything up to luxury apartments. Swimming pool, workout room, food, bar, an excellent breakfast buffet, and a great staff.

I travel a lot, and this hotel is one of my favorites. If I sound like I'm raving, I am. This hotel impressed me that much.

It's absolutely perfect. A great location combined with great rooms, restaurants, and outstanding service.
We were within walking distance to the CBD, Gendarmenmarkt, and Friedrichstrasse. The junior suite was very spacious, and the hotel restaurants are offering high-quality food. We actually enjoyed the great food with live piano music while sitting in the entrance hall restaurant.

Finally a renovated hotel in Berlin. The rooms have been recently renovated. We had a room with a view of the garden that was lovely and quiet. I slept very well at this hotel. The tea set in the room was very nice. There is not swimming pool in the hotel, I was misled by the old photos.

This was our first trip to Berlin and there was a massive choice of hotels, but this one stuck with us on our searches so we booked it.

Well, we were not disappointed it was a wonderful hotel in a great central location. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly, from the reception staff, restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff.

The room was large and beautifully decorated, with lovely furnishings.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, everything you could want.

I would 1000% recommend this hotel.

Location was great, but I found the hotel to be without much charm. Felt like another corporate hotel chain, so for me it wasn’t great. Location is very good though, which most will appreciate. They also have a Glühwein Bhutan outside with live music which was adorable. Rooms are small but functional.

Amazing Hotel! Within easy walking distance of multiple shops and restaurants as well as historical sites. Extremely clean. Very comfortable beds and the staff is well trained and attentive. Note: the pool is closed with no plans to reopen it. Fitness area and sauna are nice. Be advised… inside the sauna is a nude zone… it is Europe after all!
